About: Growing up in Oregon, our land was a farm full of animals. Now, my world revolves around my two German Shepherds and my heart kitty. I've been through it all with my pups! One of my GSDs has had his fair share of reactivity issues, so I understand those challenges. My other shepherd and I earned a Title 1 in IGP, so I've got a pretty solid foundation in advanced training. Now that they’re older we’re working through stuff like constipation and hip dysplasia – so I'm totally comfortable handling health needs and making older pets comfortable. Raising puppies is something I know a lot about too, especially how crucial consistency is for potty breaks and schedules. I'm a big fan of clicker training! While I could watch working dogs all day, honestly, nothing makes me happier than earning a pet's trust and seeing their wagging tail greet me when I walk through the door. You can count on me for thoughtful, experienced, and loving care for your furry family! I've been given an incredible opportunity to not have to clock in for a 9-5, so my schedule is open to your needs. I'm a runner and in this heat, I'm typically out on the canals early in the morning or after the sun goes down and am more than happy to take your dogs with me as long as its safe for them! The key to any relationship with both you and your pet is trust, so I always like to meet you and your little loves before the day of care so we all get introductions in a less stressful environment

About: I know how scary it is to entrust others with your pets, especially if you are like me and have an anxious/reactive pet. I volunteer with a local shelter, and they've taught me so much when it comes to minimizing stress in animals as much as possible. I will treat your pets like I treat my own, with a focus on comfort, reducing stress, and respecting boundaries in what your pet might find to be a new or scary situation. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule, so any time not spent with my own pets or volunteering at the animal shelter I can dedicate to caring for your pet! I have a fenced yard, dog crates, and even a dedicated "pet room" in my home. I also like to use the vertical space for my cats and give them lots of shelving and perches for them to climb and view the windows.

“Alan has walked our dog several times, he always sends pictures and updates. Our dog has extra needs and Alan is great with her! We trust him more than any other dog walker we’ve ever used!”

About: I've cared for pets since high school. Having four pets of my own has prepared me for everything- from senior care, medicine administration, play time, and everything in between I am ready to care for your fur baby! I have an extremely flexible work from home schedule that allows me the chance to make sure your babies are safe and well cared for. I have four pets my home currently and they get all of the snuggles and pets. I have plenty of space and easy access to the outside and dog park.

About: I’ve been caring for pets my entire life, and I truly love it! After getting married, my wife and I adopted two sweet cats who quickly became part of the family. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable who truly gets cats. I enjoy spending time with them, playing, and making sure they feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I am new to Rover and look forward to caring for your pets! I work remotely full-time, but my schedule is very flexible! I’m happy to stop by before work, during lunch, after work, or even later in the evening—whatever best fits your pet’s routine. In clients’ homes, I focus on keeping your cat’s routine consistent and stress-free. I’ll clean litter boxes, refresh food and water, and spend quality time playing, brushing, or just keeping them company—whatever they prefer. I also pay attention to any signs of stress or health issues and will always update you with photos and notes after each visit. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away.

Kelsei G.
“I have had the privilege of knowing Kelsei for almost 10 years and I guarantee you'll not find a better human to trust with the care of your fur family than her. She has been the only person I have trusted for the care of my dogs from day one. I used Kelsei's board and train service for my cavapoo when he was a puppy. She taught him good manners, how to get along with big dogs, basic commands and much more. Most of all she loved him! Besides being a genuinely compassionate, dedicated person, Kelsei is fit...like physically fit for real! She is 100% capable of managing any breed, size, and/or temperament dog. She's simply the BEST!”

Southwest dog parents share their Rover experiences
Destiny was fabulous! My dogs can be a handful on a walk, especially since one is a tripod who gets tired easy. She respected their limits and didn’t push them. She brought them right home when she realized they were done and spent the rest of the time just playing and loving on them. She really was wonderful. I highly recommend.

Kristen is wonderful! She went out of her way to come meet my dog before ever taking on/accepting being a dog walker. She is now my go-to dog walker and I can’t imagine leaving him in anyone else’s hands! She’s very communicative and professional.

Alan was amazing with my dog Sandor, he gave him lots of good attention and pets before and after their walk. This is the first time I've ever had a dog walker, and Alan made the whole process very smooth and helped me have confidence that my dog would be well taken care of on his walks. Alan also went above and beyond what I expected and replaced the roll of bags after they ran out, so that I wouldn't have to do it the next time I took Sandor out. That really was a small thing that went a long way for me. I'm excited to keep having Alan walk Sandor.

Marlee was punctual, communicative and overall great to work with! I could tell my baby was in good hands from the start.

Hunter was very professional and accepted my last minute walks and even sent me little pictures of my pup along the way! :)

Jenn has been nothing but amazing with Diamond as well as with my elderly dad! She is so dependable and does whatever she can to help. We have had such great experiences with Jenn- would 100000% recommend!

This is my second booking with Vanessa and she is just as wonderful as the first time! My pup loves the walks and I enjoy the photos I receive. Very reliable!

My pup loves Deborah! Arya is 80 lbs rescue with high anxiety. Deborah does amazing with her. Thank you 🫶🏻🐶

Brooke did so well with providing photos and her communication was great. She was able to handle my big boxer with no issues. Definitely will ask her to walk my dog again!

Brian has been wonderful with Frankie. She has enjoyed every minute of her weekly walks with him. She has had great fun showing him her neighborhood and her many "tricks". However, the time has come for her to say "goodbye", as she has completed her time. I highly recommend Brian to all. Your pets will love him. Diane
