About: I’ve been an owner of dogs and cats since the early 80’s. I recently had to say goodbye to my much beloved 17 year old dog and this experience has taught me that, with all his needs as a senior dog, I loved him even more. I am retired and have plenty of free time to go for walks and take care of your baby (or babies), including weekdays and weekends. I live in a quiet, over 55 community. There’s a dog park, if that’s something that interests you, or we can take walks around the community.
About: From fostering puppies and caring for senior pets to owning a bird. I’ve done it all! Can administer meds! Will treat your pet like mine! I work from home Wed thru Fridays. Have laptop and WiFi will travel. Weekends are open. Monday and Tuesdays I work 8:30 to 3:30 pm. I have a cat so can’t care in my home right now. Will come to you to make your pets more comfortable in their environment
“Al is amazing! He walked two our dogs for two weeks and took great care of them making sure they got water and a treat after the walk! I will definitely be using him again!”

About: Growing up, my mom ran a rescue, so I have spent years caring for and training a variety of animals! I love spending time and playing with all of the little furry friends in my life. A few years ago, I started house/dog sitting and I’ve really enjoyed it. Whether you need someone to just pop in to give some love or a dedicated full time dog/cat sitter, I’m your girl! I’m free on the weekends! On weekdays, I do work, but I live close to my job so I easily find time in the morning before 7am and after 6pm to play and take care of your fur baby. Every animal has their own special needs and I am here to meet those needs. If you have specific requests, please just let me know and I am happy to do what is needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy.
About: One thing to know about me is, I absolutely love people! And Dogs are no. 1 on the list! (goats being a close second.) Just kidding! Dogs are not people BUT they sometimes think they are and their people love them like humans. Therefore, the best way to love people is to love their pets the way they do. 💖 ALL animals are amazing creatures and if it has fur or hair, I want to give it ALL the loves and squish-a-face!! 😂 I am single and no children so it’s just me for some quality one on one time with your dog. I have full life owner and helper experience from puppies to senior care and a host of special needs care in between for a variety of dogs. Friends and family can attest to this knowing I had my Mimzy Princess Puppy for 18 years before she passed last year. After 18 years though, I am enjoying a bit of freedom and am not quite ready for the full time commitment yet. So this is where Rover comes in! ***Please note: Although I can have a flexible schedule, I am unavailable for last minute bookings over Friday nights to Saturday nights. So even though my calendar says I’m available, unless you have made previous appointments with me that book through a weekend, I am unavailable to respond or sit during that time. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏🏼 I am happy to maintain daily routines and habits for those pup parents who desire structure but flexible enough that your pup will be excited to stay home. I have a pretty flexible schedule so making accommodations is easy for me. Let’s talk about your preferences. I’m confident we will find something that works well for us both. I like to see how your pet(s) respond(s) in the space they are most comfortable in when we first meet. This ensures that we are a good fit before any commitment. When pet sitting in your home, I try to keep things clean and respect your routine in your home with your pups. If I am staying for multiple days, I typically try to put all the used towels and bedding in the wash before I leave and make sure your home looks the same when you left, or better! If I notice anything with the dogs that seems abnormal, I will communicate this and if needed, will produce a solution that works for the pet parent. Communication is key!
“Tiffany proved to be an exceptional dog walker for my Moose. She arrived promptly, took Moose on great walks and even got him to hang out with some other pups! I will definitely be using Tiffany in the future!”

“Maria has been amazing with Olive! She’s been very patient getting Olive to warm up and now my dog has a new bestie. I can’t wait to see the report cards and all the cute photos Maria includes after each walk- it’s truly the cutest! She is reliable, responsible, and kind.”

About: To be honest, I don't have any specialize training for pet care. What I know is what I've learned from my own experiences caring for animals. I've always loved animals of all kinds. They're all fascinating, both wild and domestic. My parents didn't allow pets while my sisters were young. Dogs? Nope. "Too big of a responsibility." Cats? No. "The house will smell." Snakes or lizards? Just a flat out "NO!" So I didn't have any pets when we were young except for the earthworms I would dig up in the garden. But, in an indirect way, we did have pets. My sisters and I would feed the stray cats that roamed around our neighborhood. The cats got so used to us that whenever we opened the back door to play we would hear "mew! mew! mew!" followed by a few cats trotting to the back porch to greet us. Sometimes on my walks home from school I would find a lost dog. I'd bring them home and call their owners from my mom's phone in the kitchen. While I waited for the owners to pick up their dog, I would brush their fur with my own hairbrush, give them water in the largest Tupperware I could find, and fed them whatever dinner my mom had made earlier that day before she left for work. I adopted my first dog, Waffles, when she was 11 weeks old in 2012. Then, Oatie was adopted in 2015. He was over a year and a half. I cared for them as well as any other loving and caring pet owner could to the best of their abilities. I've read books on potty training, crate training, and basic commands. I've read books about the specific dog breeds that made up my dogs to gain some foresight of their personalities and health conditions they're genetically predisposed to. We played, walked, hiked, and traveled together. As they've gotten older, especially Waffles, things have slowed down quite a bit. Now I had to learn how to care for two old dogs - one senior, one geriatric. Walks were shortened. Food was modified. Waffles walked wearing a lifting harness to prevent trips and falls. Oatie can still walk without the extra support, but the walks aren't as long as they used to be. Play time doesn't exist anymore. Now they seem to enjoy just being in the middle of their family's life and watching it all happen from the comfort of their orthopedic beds. Eventually daily supplements were added to ease aches, pains, and anxiety senior dogs can develop as well as prescription medication to treat their health conditions. Waffles passed away July 6, 2026. Again, no specialized or formal training in pet care. Just the learning experience I gained from caring for two dogs from their puppy years to their late senior years. I understand the needs of a puppy, adult and senior dog. I'm not afraid to roll around and get dirty with pup or take an easy stroll with a senior. I'm all for it. I’m a stay-at-home mom with two young children who go to school full-time. Your pet(s) and I can go on walks or hang out at a dog park while my kids are in school. I'm a former elementary school teacher. I understand how important consistency and routine is. I will make sure to continue whatever routine you have in place for your pet to keep them feeling safe, secure, and happy. I have two dogs (and two kids) and have witnessed how well they thrive when routines and schedules are in place. I want to extend that and make sure that your pet(s) feels happy and safe when you're not home by providing them their scheduled bathroom breaks, walks, meals, and medications. PLEASE NOTE: Some things I'd like you to keep in mind before booking me: Safety is my top concern for both me and your pet. 1) I WILL NOT provide walks when it is hot outside. As you know the summer can be brutal. Even a short walk can cause physical distress to the pet's health (and our own!) and/or burn their poor paws. Instead, I will either do an in-home drop in visit and provide at least 20-30 minutes of play (or until they don't want to play anymore) or I will take them to a grassy dog park with shade (such as Quail Park Run in Mesa). 2) I can provide walks and drop-in visits Monday-Wednesday, and Fridays between 8:30am-2:30pm while my kids are in school. 3) Your pet MUST be up to date on their vaccines. Please email me a copy or picture of their vaccine receipt. 4) If your pet is the type of breed that needs at least 30 minutes or an hour of rigorous walks, runs or hikes, I may not be the best person for you. I am an OUT OF SHAPE mom. If, for some reason, you want me to be the one walking your dog, I'll do it the best I can. Your dog will probably be pulling me on my bike or while I sit in my kids' Radio Flyer wagon if it gets the job done. I've also seen Cesar Millan put a backpack with rocks on a dog to exercise them. If that's a method you don't mind me using I can do that. Whatever gets the job done.

“First time doing walks with Rover, and also meeting Katie. She is punctual and very kind. She is knowledgable of dog behavior training and easily adapted to my dog's needs. She was nice enough to offer feedback to us to continue working with our dog on our own walks. I will work with Katie again in the future.”

“Jessica did an amazing job walking duke this morning before his grooming appointment. She gave us an update on how he did on the walk and even sent us some pictures. He came home happy, tired and ready to go to the groomers. I definitely recommend her and plan to book with her again here soon. Thanks Jessica!”

About: Hi! My name is Lucy, and I’ve had a love for animals for as long as I can remember. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, giving belly rubs, or simply keeping them company, I love making sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved while their family is away. I’ve been dog sitting since I was a kid, caring for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family. Throughout the years, I’ve become known as the calm, patient, and caring person that both pets and their owners can rely on. Whether your dog is energetic and playful, shy and anxious, or a senior who needs extra attention, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m deeply committed to education, and that dedication has helped me develop strong responsibility, organization, and communication skills. Adding on to that, I also have experience as a summer camp counselor which has taught me how to be attentive, extremely adaptable, and compassionate while meeting each individual’s unique needs. Communication is one of my highest priorities. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members! I’m currently continuing my education online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to care for pets throughout the day. I don’t have much conflict on a weekly basis and will be able to direct more attention to your beloved pets. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities.
