Janna is in one word, wonderful! I had no doubt that my boy would be well taken care of when I saw that she took notes. Sending pics and updates without me having to ask is important and she did that. When my flight was delayed, Janna was very understanding. And when I picked Toven up, he was happy and in good spirits. I can tell that they had bonded. Janna is the first person I'll be reaching out to for all of my upcoming boarding needs!
Marion did an amazing job watching my small dog. We did a meet and greet ahead of time because I wanted to confirm that my dog and her dog got along because sometimes my dog can be shy or nervous around other dogs. Thankfully, they were good together :) Marian sent pictures while I was away so I could see how much fun London was having with her, and that made me feel happy and reassured. Her house is clean and dog friendly, so I didn’t have to worry about my dog picking up small objects that could hurt him. I also loved that she allows dogs on furniture so my dog could cozy up on the couch and relax like I let him do at home. I would highly recommend her and plan to book with her again in the future when I need a dog sitter!
We were very happy with Kailey taking care of Benji and Ollie on Christmas Eve. It was a last minute booking. She met us out in the parking lot and took the dogs upstairs where she lived. Sent a pic and an update but we were only gone a bit more than 4 hours. When I came to pick them up, she took them down the stairs to the car for me. No complaints.
Valerie is awesome! She was great with my little Indie, communicating well and sending cute pics of her time with him. She is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond with her services. I would definitely recommend her for watching after your furry friend.
The home of Thomas was well suited for our large, energetic American Labrador. Definitely a big dog friendly family which originally was a concern for us with our first time boarding our girl. Thomas was open to time for introducing his dogs (over a couple of shorter visits first) to get familiar with our Lab before the lengthy overnight stay. Good communication (and prompt responses) with pictures and updates.
