About: Over the past decade, I’ve spent much of my time caring for both dogs and cats for friends and family, and now for pets of my own. This care includes feeding, walking, play-time, and general quality time, all of which I love providing daily for my 2 year old golden retriever George 🦮. I’m a teacher looking for a fun and productive way to spend my summer break. I’d love to spend some of that time hanging out with your lovely pets! I’m currently a teacher with completely open availability for the upcoming summer break. Besides daily chores, I will not have much to do and so have completely open availability to care for your pets day and night. I have a large fenced yard with dog door access and a friendly 2-year old golden retriever to keep your dogs company. Crate access is also available if needed, I currently use a massive crate graded for dogs up to 140 lbs. I have one cat as well who prefers to hang out in my bedroom, so he can be easily separated to give your dog space if necessary. Cat litter and food are kept seperate and out of reach from any dogs should they be interested.

“Where to begin…? Amber has been watching my “kids” for over three years now, during my frequent out of town/state/country trips. I felt completely comfortable with her from her very first stay. My pets are my “kids” and to be able to leave my home and them in her care without worry has been such a Blessing. I’m able to enjoy my leisure time away or focus on work while gone knowing that they are cared for, protected, and loved. Sadly, on a recent trip overseas, one of my beloved dogs had to be put to sleep. Amber took her, and her ever present sister, to the vet and FaceTimed me so I could “be there” with them. She held and comforted her as she passed, and then comforted the other animals as they grieved. As much as I wished I could have been there with her in the end, I know she felt loved and at peace with Amber when she went. You can feel 100 percent confident that your pet(s) and home are in responsible, capable, and caring hands with Amber! She’s the Best!!”

I have never used a pet sitter before so I was nervous to have a stranger in my house watching my dogs but Angelica was very kind and patient with me through the process. We met Angelica for a 30 minute introduction before selecting her as our dog/house sitter and our dogs instantly took to her. She was gracious about their jumping and assured us she could handle their energy and volume when they get excited. She was also accommodating of our unique diet (we feed raw meat and add soup for them twice a day, plus two of them get medications). My wife and I went on a trip for 5 days and were grateful for Angelica’s updates every day. She also sent very cute pictures of them lounging around the house! You could really tell the dogs were calm and at ease when we returned and that they had been well cared for. We will definitely be booking her again for our future trips! Karen was tasked with watching my three Newfoundlands who have a very set routine. Although I would have liked more updates I am sure they were very happy while we were gone. The proof is that when we arrived home they weren't all that excited to see us. I think they were satisfied with the care they recieved. We also have two cats. The cat boxes were clean, the yard was picked up and everything was placed back where it usually goes. Karen did a great job and I would book her services again!
Brittany took great care of our puppy. We needed a few hours away during a time our pup doesn't normally spend alone or in his crate so having her there made us fell comfortable with leaving. She sent regular updates, pic's and texts. We will definitely be requesting her services again in the future.

My cat is the biggest scardy cat and hates people...this was only the 2nd time we had someone watch him in his 5.5 years life. I was scared as I wasn't sure if he would eat or have any stress with me being gone, since I work from home and am there almost 24/7. However Marcy made him feel calm and he ate without any issues and even let her pet him, actually would approach her when she would come in for his feedings which totally shocked me. Thank you Marcy for taking care of him and making him feel comfortable while we were gone. You will never know the amount of relief I got knowing he was in safe hands. His food bowls were cleaned and everything looked great. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
