What impressed me most was the combination of her professionalism and her genuine love of animals. One of the cats, who’s not a fan of cuddles or being too close to people, especially loved giving Emily love. I got many pictures of Cheeto showing Emily attention. She was wonderful, sending pictures and checking in often, and she kept everything spotless. We decided to extend our trip by four days, and she was so flexible that she could stay longer. “We went on a trip to San Diego for Comic Con and hired her about 2 to 3 weeks in advance for overnight care for cats. She sent pictures daily. She did cleanups she did the litter boxes twice a day mind you we have seven cats and a one year-old that ended up chewing one of our chords and she even replaced it. We thought he was out of this phase, but I guess New Kitty around new people regardless of that she stayed in communication. She always kept us updated New Kitty knew people regardless of that She always kept us updated with written notes, the place looks really good so I’m gonna rehire her again. Thank you.”
