JaiDeauna did what I asked for, for the most part. However, I was disappointed that she never came over Monday evening to feed my cat her wet food. I was not informed of this and only realized it when I checked my door lock records and saw no record of her coming or going. After I brought it to her attention, I requested a refund, and she promptly returned my money.

Jai jumped in to care for our kitties while we were on an international trip, and our other sitter had a last-minute schedule change, which we greatly appreciated! She's a very quick communicator and has a positive, calm demeanor that put our cats at ease immediately. Highly recommend Jai and will be requesting her help again when we need a sitter in the future!

Jai was amazing and so attentive and loving with my boys. They can be needy and she had them melting in her hand.

Jai is always communicative, caring and so professional! We come home to happy pets and such a clean house.

I have worked with Jai for 3 years now! She is a wonderful pet sitter! Jai takes great care of my dog and cat, as well as keeping an eye out for the house. When Jai visits, I know my fur babies are showered with attention and affection! Jai not only does the basics, like feeding them and cleaning the litter box, she's also excellent at communicating. While gone on a vacation over the Fourth of July, my dog was quite scared of the fireworks. Jai reached out to me expressing her concern. Jai didn't hesitate to implement accommodations (like his Thunder Jacket) I recommend and later updated me on my dog's status. I knew my fearful pup was in good hands with Jai there! Jai treats my pets like her own. I'm so grateful for her and will be calling on her services again next time we head out of town.

JaiDeauna is wonderful! She swooped in to pet and house sit when we had a family emergency requiring us to be out of town for almost 2 weeks. JaiDeauna had not watched our pets before and had to swoop in to care for them without a meet and greet but only getting instructions via text. Our home was clean when we came home, and our pets were happy. We could tell JaiDeauna had lovingly tended to them. She also was communicative without being disruptive and sent some cute check-in photos!
