Here I was worrying about them and they'd already settled in and were napping. It made it SO much easier to step on the plane knowing they were comfortable AND in good hands. I requested Eric on Dec. 30th for the next day and he responded almost immediately that he would take care of my dog. He showed up the next morning to meet her and talk about her schedule and needs. He showed up later on that afternoon and took care of her. He sent pictures and told me how she was doing each time he stopped by my apartment. This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little anxious on what to expect. Eric eased my mind as soon as I met him and I was completely comfortable. Definitely will be contacting Eric the next time I have to be away from home.”
