Kristin was great! She was available for a last minute trip and our dog was was well cared for!

I was disappointed with the lack of time you spent with the dogs. I engaged someone to housesit with the expectation that they would be present in the home with my dogs most of the time. Looking at the entry into the guard gate and the ring doorbell the time you spent with the dog was very limited. This probably was the reason that my rugs needed to be cleaned because the dogs had peed in the house frequently which they never do. My neighbors had to call us to let us know that the dogs were loose in the neighborhood. Due to leaving our house unlocked during your absence which you were paid to be here!! My neighbors were so concerned about my pets care, they even came back to feed and let my dogs out next morning. One morning you did not show up until 930am. The stress of having you dog sit our pets caused unlimited worry during our 2 week European vacation. You will not be receiving from us!!!
