Hi! I'm Alexis. I have worked with all animals imaginable. I have worked professionally in animal care settings for the past eight years, from zookeeping to animal shelter work. I can care for any animal you have with expertise and compassion. I currently have a cat named Stewart, a pittie named Bandit and an umbrella cockatoo named Beekee, all rescue babies. I have a cat, dog and a cockatoo. Interactions between guest's dogs and my dogs will be minimal, if non-existent. Care will take place at guest's house.

Alexis was a great sitter for my anxious pup, Wrigley. Wrigley usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but in just a couple days he was very comfortable with her. She provided daily updates and even washed the bedding before she left. I would definitely recommend Alexis!

We would love to thank Alexis & Shane for a stress-free vacation! We were hesitant to leave our fur babies for such a long time with skepticism since we have never left them for any period of time. After meeting with Alexis & Shane prior to our departure--- we felt at ease!! The communication, pictures, & videos reassured us that they were in very confident care. After returning home, it reconfirmed that we made the right decision. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED--WE WILL USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! :)
DO NOT BOOK! Doesn’t do what she is hired to do and lies about it. She was hired for house sitting services for my elderly dog who had never been left alone for our long trip. We were duped into believing that she would care for him. She not only didn’t spend time with him for house sitting like she was supposed to, she would do drop in visits only and they were short. In one day she spent under 40 minutes with him TOTAL. Another day she left him 15 hours, and then it was almost 12 hours another day before I had to quickly find someone to go and help my dog. She initiated a cancel of the booking in the middle of service knowing we had days left away and could not easily get to him, all because I contacted her about leaving him alone for so long. She is proof of why everyone should have a system that tracks people because they lie and take advantage of people and their animals. My elderly dog didn’t deserve this. STAY AWAY!
Alexis took very good care of Carleton and Marsh. She was very responsive. Carleton and Marsh miss her!

Schedule
I have been an animal caretaker for the past eight years. For many years of my career, animal caretaking was a fundamental part of my job, so I am very used to incorporating it into my day.
