About: I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, and my boyfriend who I live with has had dogs his whole life. We love dogs of all size and ages and hope to adopt more in the future. Our schedules line up to where someone would be home with your pup 95% of the time! We offer daily walks and adventures if that’s what your pup needs as well, and lots of toys of course. We have a large fenced yard that your pup can play and run around in. We have a dog as well that they can play with outside or inside. We have crate that your pup can use if that’s what they need.

About: I am a former dog trainer at Dog Gone Amazing training and boarding in Reno Nv for the past 4 and half years. I moved to Eureka to have a new start and would love to continue to work with animals. I’ve worked with many different breeds and many different temperaments. I currently have two dogs of my own and a cat as well. I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals, such a horses, chickens, sled dogs and cats. I would love to continue working with new pets and their owners! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I’ve also worked as a kennel tech at a boarding/training facility and then moved on to become a trainer at that same facility. I always recommend crates for any situation but in my own home I would crate all dogs and rotate based on how they all get along. Feeding in the crate or separate from other animals. Daily walks or hikes depending on the animal. Cats would get daily enrichment. If weather doesn’t permit or the animal isn’t able to get that day I’d offer mental enrichment such as lick mats, food puzzles, play, training, etc.

Many folks on this platform will get your dog out for a "walk" and barely cover half a mile in the whole 30 minutes-- not me! I will make sure the needs of your dog are met, whatever they may be. I will maximize the booking for exercise, engagement, potty/food needs, and love. Your dog will look forward to our visits! I have worked closely with dogs in a variety of capacities- sled dogs, detection dogs, foster dogs, you name it! They are what I'm passionate about and providing quality care is my utmost priority. I work from home and have a highly flexible schedule, so I will always be available to tend to the needs of your pet(s). I put the needs of the animals I care for above all else. With any booking- you will get updates at least once a day, with photos and an update of how much fun your pet is having! In addition to Rover's offerings, I offer pack excursions! For an excursion, your pet will be picked up, taken on a hike/run/walk of 2-6 miles, as appropriate. I offer these as pack walks, so it's likely your dog will be with at least one other pup. Meet and greets are essential before booking due to this. Walks are adjusted to meet the needs of the dogs in the pack, and packs are put together based on similar needs. After 2-4 hours, depending on the excursion, your dog will be returned home toweled off and tired! Training can be arranged for dogs with either 3+ day long stays, or repeat day care/walkers. I specialize in "problem" behaviors, such as separation anxiety, destruction, shyness, etc. and would love to work with you and your pet on such issues. I make my own dog treats and enjoy sharing them with the pets I look after, if allowed by the owner. I also do pet-friendly cakes, so let me know if you have a special event coming up! I currently have a highly flexible schedule. Dog care is already integrated into my every day life. Literally- it's almost my entire life! Reach out and let's see if I can provide what you need! I have a sweet medium sized dog in my home that will befriend yours if they want, or casually do her own thing. I happily crate dogs or give them a safe space to occupy for down time/bed time. About: I have been around various household pets since I can remember! I grew up in a household that had several dogs and cats at one time, and even other pets like turtles, rats, hamsters, and fish. Pets are just a part of my life and I know what a vital role they play. That is why I want to help others care for their animal family members. I have been taught how to properly feed, brush & bathe dogs and cats (though bathing cats can be challenging), trim their nails safely, and clean their ears. I also know how important play time is, especially for youngsters. I currently care for a single cat who is 2 years old and is a lot of energy. On top of caring for household pets, I also have 5 years of experience caring for wildlife, such as birds and small rodents, at a rehabilitation center. There, I stuck to a strict care regimen of constant feeding, cleaning, and administering medicine. So, if you are seeking someone with a lot of pet-care experience who shares a love for animals, look no further! I am a recent graduate from Cal Poly Humboldt, so I can easily fit caring for pets into my schedule. I am currently hunting for a job, so I am very available right now. If you need me to house sit during the week, I am available to do so as long as I can leave to care for my own cat and return. I am able to provide a variety of needs to you and your pets. About: I grew up with dogs and volunteered at the animal shelter to spend time with even more dogs. In college I walked for Wag! full time. Now I have two dogs, a super loving golden retriever and a very nervous australian shepherd mix. I’ve had the golden since he was a puppy and rescued the Aussie a few years later. I have extensive experience with reactive dogs and know how stressful it can be traveling out of town leaving your reactive dog behind.
