“Jillian was so kind! I needed someone last minute to walk my dog and she was awesome. We have never had someone stop into the house we hadn’t met before and could not have picked a better person. Nora was well taken care of and I was worry free. Thank you!”

“Vanessa has been great for our high-energy puppy, Ladybird! With enthusiasm and patience, she tackles walks like a pro, clearly adoring dogs and taking time to connect with them. About: I’ve been taking care of my own pets for my whole life, including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and reptiles. I have a real love for animals! For the past 3 years I have been trusted to watch family and friends’ dogs. I’m a true lover of all animals, especially dogs! I’m currently in college to find my dream job with animals, and would love to have more experience working with them. My goal is to hopefully make a career out of caring for animals and giving them the love they all deserve. I’m currently taking online college classes, with a lot of flexibility, so just let me know what you need and I’ll let you know if I’m available! I will do anything that is in your pet’s best interest. I’m here to keep them comfortable and happy!! Wether it includes walking them when they need, taking them outside to play/use the bathroom, feeding them on their schedule, crating them if needed, or simply giving them pets, snuggles, and playtime!

About: I’m a caring and attentive dog mom with 6 years of experience and a lifelong love for animals. I’ve cared for family pets over the years and now have two sweet, friendly Shih Tzu mixes of my own. I treat every fur baby like part of my family, giving them plenty of affection, attention, and comfort while you’re away. Your pet’s happiness and safety are always my top priority! I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide 24-hour care and attention throughout the week and on weekends. My flexible schedule means your pup will always have company, playtime, and plenty of love. I have a spacious home with lots of room to roam, tons of dog toys and treats, and a fully fenced backyard for safe playtime. My two friendly dogs love making new friends, and I can easily crate your dog if needed for comfort or safety.
“Priscilla saved the day accepting my request at very short notice. I had a 12 hour shift to work and no coverage for Louis. Additionally, I realized at the end of that 12 hour shift that I had no coverage for the next two days due (in no small part to a massive house move that had just occurred). Again, Priscilla came to the rescue and helped me for the next two days. She is a great communicator and a clearly dedicated professional.”

“Marissa took such great care of my Daisy girl! She sent lots of pictures and took her on a nice long walk. Marissa is very punctual, flexible, and communicative. I would highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve had a dog and watch family and friends dogs since I was 9. In getting older I love training dogs I have worked with puppies to help them with basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, and stop. I am experienced in leash training border collies this is also a great way to get dogs energy out as it uses their body and mind. I do go to college so I can help at night or sporadically can check in and take them for walks during the day. On Friday through Sunday I can help throughout the entire day. I ensure the dogs are safe at all times in previous clients homes I have had to take dogs on separate walks due to them not walking well together. I always make sure to play games with them as well as their walks to ensure the can get all of their energy out while I am with them, especially for drop in visits or just walks.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience with animals and the genuine care I give to each pet. I’ve cared for cats my whole life, including two of my own during my college years, and I currently care for a cat and two guinea pigs. I’ve also babysat a friend’s cat in the presence of my own kitty, which helped me gain even more experience with multi-cat dynamics and making sure both pets feel safe and comfortable. I’m very attentive to routines, pet personalities, and creating a calm environment, and I’m extremely detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness, especially with litter boxes and small-pet enclosures. Every animal in my care is treated with the same patience, love, and understanding I give my own. Pet care is already part of my everyday routine since I take care of my own animals daily. Feeding, cleaning, grooming, and giving them attention are things I naturally do each day, so adding another pet into my schedule fits in easily and comfortably. I care for pets by following their routines as closely as possible and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. In my home or a client’s home, I focus on maintaining consistent feeding schedules, fresh water, clean litter boxes or enclosures, and plenty of attention based on each pet’s personality. I’m gentle, patient, and always respectful of their space, and I make sure to give updates so owners feel confident that their pets are well cared for.
About: I grew up with pugs, and for the past 17 years I have had three foster fail pitbulls and multiple fosters that have gone on to loving homes. I have rescued three Mama pitbulls from terrible breeding situations, and their rehabilitation was a testament to my love. I have taken on personally multiple boarding dogs through friends reccomendations, and now that I have an empty nest, I am ready to share my home with your loved ones. I currently work only part time, so I will be here to spend a lot of time in the home caring for my boarding pets. My household has no fenced in yard, but I can give multiple walks per day, as I am a very active person. There are multiple adults and children in the home, so your fur babies will be getting A LOT of love. :) I live in a safe neighborhood and a safe neighborhood in Wethersfield, and will be home frequently to provide a high level of care for your beloved pet.
About: Caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. From a young age, I naturally took on the responsibility of helping care for my family’s dogs, making sure they were fed, exercised, groomed, and given plenty of attention and affection. Providing a safe, loving, and structured environment has always been important to me. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all temperaments, including administering medication, basic grooming, and supporting rescue and rehoming efforts. I’ve personally rescued several animals and understand the patience, compassion, and consistency they need to feel secure and happy. I joined Rover because working with animals truly brings me joy. You can trust that your pet will be treated like family and cared for with the same love, responsibility, and attention I give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m home full-time caring for my baby and my own dogs. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m able to follow your pet’s routine closely and make sure they’re comfortable, safe, and never left alone for long periods. With a flexible schedule and a calm home environment, I can give each pet the time, care, and companionship they deserve. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions or medications, to help them feel secure and stress-free. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and safe space to relax or play. Shane was awesome! I reached out to him at the last minute, and he got right back to me and was very responsive throughout the whole process. You could tell by the way he responded to Louiethat he loves dogs annd enjoys getting to know them for all their quirks. He seems very eager to grow his business, and I can assure folks that he is a great option, very reliable, attentive and insightful.

Laura is amazing. She was a godsend when I was visiting CT and needed help with the dogs. Great walker and wonderful with the dogs care. When we had a potty accident she not only helped but also brought chicken, pumpkin and rice for my fur babies to help him get over his sick tummy. Can't beat her attention or ability to handle multiple dogs at once.
Kristen has been walking our dog Nikita these past few weeks and has been wonderful. Nikita is always excited to see her and comes back tired. Kristen is a great communicator and has been really flexible with us. We look forward to working with her for many walks to come!

I enjoyed working with Anna she is amazing, she was like an angel that helped me with Nola when I was having a really rough and overwhelming time. She has beautiful and calm spirit. Nola enjoyed her and looked forward to walks with her everyday. I highly recommend her. Thank you Anna.

Yoko is a caring and professional caretaker. She made time to meet our dogs and learn our routine before her assignment. She was on time every day and great at communicating what she did with the dogs. We will definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to you and your pets.
