I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who loves long walks and playtime or a senior dog who needs a slower pace and a little extra care, I’m comfortable adapting to what they need most. I especially love working with energetic dogs and making sure they get the exercise, structure, and attention they thrive on. At the same time, I have a soft spot for senior dogs and understand how important patience, gentleness, and consistency are in helping them feel safe and supported. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and happy while giving owners peace of mind knowing their dog is in good hands.

I always tailor my care based on each pet’s individual needs and the owner’s instructions. I know every pet has their own routine, preferences, and personality, so I make it a priority to follow directions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, or specific behaviors to watch for. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as consistent and familiar as possible so pets feel comfortable and secure in their own environment. In my home, I create a calm, safe space and adjust based on the pet’s energy level and needs—whether that means lots of playtime or a quieter, more relaxed setting. Communication is really important to me, so I make sure to keep owners updated and reach out if anything seems off. My goal is always to provide care that feels seamless and gives both pets and owners peace of mind.

I can’t recommend Colleen enough as a dog sitter and walker. She took care of my 120 lb Cane Corso, and from the start I felt completely at ease leaving him in her hands—which says a lot given his size and strength. She handled him confidently, kept him well exercised with regular walks, and was very attentive to his needs
Colleen took such wonderful care of our Boston Terrier, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is incredibly reliable, attentive, and clearly has a natural love for animals. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands. She was great with communication, kept us updated, and made sure our pup was not only safe but happy and well cared for. Our Boston Terrier can be a little high-energy and particular, and Colleen handled everything with patience and ease. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, responsible, and dependable dog walker or sitter.
Colleen has the biggest heart of any pet care giver I know. She has watched my kitty cats many a time and will spend time with them more than just a pop in. She will talk to them and tell them how brave and beautiful they are and for that I am always grateful. Anyone’s pets would be lucky to have Colleen care for them.

Harmonogram
As an elementary school teacher, my days are usually built around structure, consistency, and showing up reliably—and I bring that same mindset to pet care. During the summer, my schedule opens up significantly, which allows me to dedicate more time and flexibility to caring for pets in my community. Pet care fits really naturally into my daily routine right now. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and extended care throughout the week, and I enjoy building my day around making sure each pet gets the attention, exercise, and consistency they need. It’s something I genuinely enjoy doing during my time off, and it’s been a great way to stay active and connected while doing work I care about.
