About: I have lots of love and a unique appreciation for rescue dogs of all types and sizes, having worked with local rescues for 5 years. I have also walked, trained and fostered dogs of all sizes, from 12 to 200 pounds, including dogs of senior age, and dogs with accessibility needs and/or vision impairment. I have experience fostering dogs who are anxious or nervous around new people places and things, with special attention to body language, each pet’s comforts & routines, and positive reinforcement tools. I have stayed over numerous neighbors and friends homes to adjust to their pets’ schedules, maintain their home space, and keep their K9 loved ones comfortable in their absence. I am a full time worker in downtown Hartford, with capability to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me flexibility on those days to walk and care for the pets of friends and family. I love getting outside, for at least an hour daily, and love animals, so this satisfies two of my favorite past times. I also like to go for a run and sing / play the keyboard in my free time! I come to you for daytime walks, outs, and in-house day or overnight care! Unfortunately I do not have the capability to bring your furry friends into my home. However, I would love to care for your pet through stop in walks and outs during the day, full day care on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays while you are working or away, and am flexible to stay over and include holidays and long weekend care, per your level of comfort!

She was a miniature schnauzer and loved to escape on walks.. those were some fun times… I’ve helped my sister take care of a friend’s cat during the pandemic. A black cat called George who like to play. He was very affectionate and everyone called him Georgie :). I’m pretty outgoing, I will get along with anyone, You can trust me with your dog/cat- the most important thing you can ask from a pet sitter. I send pictures and updates so you can rest easy. I live in an apartment that doesn't allow pets, so any work you want me to do regarding your pet would have to be at your home or neighborhood.

About: I am super patient and would love to help you out! I also have experience with basic obedient puppy training :)! Have had cats all of my life and my puppy the past year. I am pretty flexible, my current job schedule is always consistent. I don’t work too many hours so I always have more than enough time for my own furr babies. I am always cleaning and made sure to have my pets fed morning and night. Litter box is always cleaned and refilled. I also make sure there’s nothing out that could be harmful for the babies.

About: I have had about 3 years of dog walking experience in New York City. Now im here in Downtown Hartford looking to pick up some extra cash jus like NYC. My availablity only nightly walks unless its a Thursday or a Friday then mornings are good. I will walk anywhere around the Downtown Hartford area with your dog. I have had a dog of my own also so caring and providing a nuturing and passsionate care is not a problem for me. I have not been trained but i am willing to learn on how to provide any other care then asked for your dog as in for special needs or jus provdinng special medication or providing special needs for your dog. “We have a large, leash reactive dog, Sarah did a great job with him, she is able to get him to calm down when needed. She plays with him to get his exercise out and always provides an excellent accounting of their time together. Sarah has also made herself available to us when we get needed her last minute. Highly recommend!”
