I had provided dry food and to try and get him to eat Anita went out and got wet food for him as well as gave him water with a syringe to make sure he was not dehydrated. I’m confident boarding him in a facility with a ton of dogs would have stressed him out more. Anita did a great job trying to make my nervous, quirky dog as comfortable as possible. About: While my experience is mostly with seniors, I love and have experience with all age ranges. I've also cared for dogs that have had some medical issues and am super attentive to all my fur babies. I currently work full-time, but my hours are extremely flexible. I am in office Thurs-Sun, but my work day can end anywhere between 8am & 3pm. If I have pets in my home, I do provide a bed, feeding bowls, snacks, toys, and a lot of affection. I have a private park across the street as well as a fenced in backyard, depending on what the needs are. I am also located near Bushnell Park in case some extra running around is needed. I am good at giving medicine, if need be.
About: I have loved cats for as long as I can remember, having a few of them in my lifetime. I take pride in being able to care for them because I cannot have my own in my house (dad is allergic) so I am elated whenever I get the chance to!

This means individualized attention, regular outdoor breaks and walks, and a genuinely calm environment — not a house full of competing dogs. I have experience with large breeds like goldens and labs, as well as senior dogs who do best with quieter, personalized care. I work from home during the week, so dogs are rarely left alone and follow a consistent daily rhythm of potty breaks, walks, rest, and supervision. About: Um. Let’s see I have 3 dogs of my own and I know how unsettling it is to trust your babies with strangers who don’t understand them. Like what do you mean you don’t wrestle them down with kisses and tickles. You’re a monster. 🤷🏽♂️ I start my day at 4 am so my dogs are up pretty early. I let them out in the yard when I start the car for the gym, when I return we go on our breakfast walk, come home eat and then we go out back before I log in for the day. Most days my guys get 3-4 walks because it helps me with a fitness routine, going outside and clearing my head since I work remote. Our pets have full access to our home; however, during the day the are normally in the office with me because I can open the side door and window. Their crates and beds are also in there so anyone staying with us would most likely be in there; If we’re not outside we’re on the porch, back deck or walking.

About: I volunteered at an animal shelter with dogs and cats of all ages and behavioral needs. I also fostered puppies and adult dogs. I am comfortable with training and grooming. I work full-time, but am mostly remote and have plenty of time in the evenings and mornings to take care of pets, though I am unable to have a pet of my own. I am a big proponent of crate training, but will follow the owner’s lead on how they wish for their pet to be taken care of.

About: Even though I don't have a lot of certified training, I know how to show my love and affection to each and everyone pets just like I have in the past for my own. I am currently unemployed, and I will be starting to go back to school in the fall semester of this year, so my availability is kind of flexible during the week, except for Wednesday's Thursday and Sunday. I will treat every one's pet with love, care, respect and patience that they need and treat them as one of my own family members.
