“Hailey has been a fantastic sitter. One of our cats is anxious and didn't eat much the first day we were gone, and Hailey both let us know about that and sent a picture of that cat eating her food the next day. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not worry about our pets because we knew that if anything happened, Hailey would let us know.”

“It’s always stressful leaving your pet while traveling (including when it’s for fast-paced business-related travel), however Linsey did a fantastic job caring for my cat, Indy! I appreciated her responsiveness, thorough communication, updates and equally as important, photos and videos from her visits. It really put my mind at ease that Indy was so well taken care of!”

“Stephanie thank you so much!! You do such an amazing job- I love how comfortable Nancy is with you!! You are attentive to Nancy’s needs and have learned her routine! We look forward to booking you for all our future trips!!”

“Hannah was amazing with Meg!! Check ins were great and We really appreciated her bringing in the few packages we received while we were on vacation too. She noted that she swept around the litter boxes because Meg does get it everywhere sometimes and let us know we were running low of kitty litter. We definitely appreciate all the time and effort Hannah put into her visits and we will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“Bella has stayed with Elba several times, she always comes home happy and well taken care of. She also comes home very tired as she goes on many walks and hangs out at the dog park! Elba is very flexible with her schedule and always sends updates to let me know how Bella is doing. I would highly recommend Elba!”

“Carla was fantastic! She took great care of our 2 cats, especially because one of our cats has diabetes and needs insulin twice a day. Would highly recommend her to care for your pets!”

About: As a kid, I was a go-to dog sitter for several neighborhood dogs while their owners were out of town. I have experience walking, feeding, and letting dogs out when they need. Most importantly, I’m best at giving dogs love, attention and pets! I am a band teacher, so my schedule varies depending on the time of the year. I also have a 35 minute commute to and from work, which affects the hours that can make in-home visits. I return to school on August 25th. My work hours during the school year are 7:30-4:00pm, plus the commute both ways. During the school year, I am only available for overnight stays on the weekends from Friday-Sunday. This might vary depending on different breaks during the school year. I am a warm, patient, and caring person. Whether your pet eagerly greets me when I arrive, or if they need more time to warm up to me, I will be flexible to your pet’s needs.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom who truly gets how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I have a reactive, fear-based pup myself, so I completely understand the nerves that come with finding the right person to care for your pet. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to treat your dog just like family, because that’s exactly what they are. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years. I’ve also fostered pups on and off for the last 5 years—from high-energy goofballs to shy, shut-down dogs who just need someone to sit on the floor and wait until they feel safe. I’ve cared for seniors with medical needs, managed meds, and adapted to all kinds of personalities and routines. Big or small, young or old—I truly love them all. My approach is always patient, kind, and tailored to what each pup needs to feel comfortable and happy. I don’t have family nearby, so I know how stressful it can be to find someone you trust. For me, discovering the right sitter on Rover was a game-changer, and I’d love to be that person for you. I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care for your pet. While I typically work during the day, being home allows me to easily adjust my schedule for walks, feedings, playtime, or check-ins, especially with a bit of notice. I’m also generally available in the early mornings, evenings, and most weekends. I’m committed to caring for your pet in the way that makes them feel the most comfortable. I’ve cared for dogs with a wide range of routines, and I know how important it is to stick to what works best for them. Every pet is unique, and I always appreciate a heads-up about any quirks, preferences, or boundaries—those little details make all the difference. Routine is especially important when a new person enters their space, so I do my best to keep things calm, familiar, and stress-free. At home, my dogs are always separated during meals or when given chews. I use gates or kennels when needed to provide structure, allow for downtime, or give everyone a break. Otherwise, you’ll usually find them snuggled up on the couch with me or playing together—with plenty of belly rubs, of course.

“We booked Devon to check in on our three cats while we were on vacation. Devon has high attention to detail and provided thorough reports along with plenty of pictures. We highly recommend!”

“Courtney did a great job taking care of our cats! She sent lots of pictures and left a detailed description each day. I could tell from the pictures that our cats loved playing with her! We would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have taken care of my family and neighborhood dogs before. I have also had dogs and cats since I was born and know how to take care of them very well. I’m currently enrolled to go to UW Platteville in the fall for mechanical engineering. So before that I am free for all of your pet care needs. I care for my 3 cats by playing with them and making sure they are feed and watered. When I had dogs I would take them on walks everyday.

About: Frequent walker that would be happy to have a dog join. I also have a backyard that I maintain all of the time for use. I work remote so will always be able to be responsive when sitting. Also have a 400+ day 10,000 step streak so doing lots of walking currently! Handle and escalate and concerns to owner when appropriate and I feel any sorts of hesitations. Thoughtfully, decisively, and neutrally investigate Trust & Safety cases with high complexity and high sensitivity while maintaining customer satisfaction!

About: In my personal home, I have raised 2 dogs and 3 cats to adulthood while maintaining a full time job and ensuring quality sanitation standards (nobody wants a smell house!). Because 4/5 animals were rescued, each animal came with something unique from joint issues to surgical post-care considerations to dental care to medications. Additionally, I have experience with various breeds, outside my personal household, including Shih Tzus, Pitbull mixes, Dachshunds, Huskies, and various cat breeds. See photos. From breeds that pull, triggered by small mammals or other dogs, medical exceptions, jumping, etc. I’ve had a lot of experience under my belt with dogs and cats. I’d love to demonstrate my quality care and passion for animal care. I currently work from home full-time. I am available to doggy daycare during the day and drops ins during the late afternoon/evening. I am usually available. Feel free to send a request! I have a partially fenced in yard that is perfect for smaller/medium breeds dogs to actively play. My corgi is crate trained and used a crate for his comfort. I am more than welcome to accommodate an additional crate, I have spares. My dogs roam freely amongst the cats, but the cats have the option of isolating completely at any point to safe spaces for their safety and the dogs.
