“Very happy with Daniela as a pet/house sitter while we were overseas for 2-weeks. We don’t speak a common language, but my pets don’t speak English or Spanish either, so I wasn’t gonna let a language barrier be the sole reason to not hire someone. We used an audio translator app during the meet & greet, and most apps/ txt auto translate. I did provide an emergency contact of a bi-lingual friend. Thankfully we didn’t need to involve her. At the meet & greet, we practice giving my anxious cat’s oral tablet medication with dry kibble, and she was pretty good at it within a couple tries. Reassured me she would be able to administer when we’re gone. She sent regular photos/updates of our pets which always makes us happy and comfortable while traveling. We even had some HVAC issues while we were away, and Daniela was a trooper the whole time. Twice she helped coordinate a technician coming to the house since we couldn’t be there. She left the house very clean, trash taken out, bed made. Brought all our mail in. Watered the few plants we asked. Etc. I hope she’s available next time we travel. Thank you!”

About: I have owned one dog after the other since I was 6 years of age, with my current 2nd dog who’s a boxer. My dog is a very rambunctious type who I can’t get enough of. I am available to work full time however will be working as a door dasher as well. So when I’m house sitting or coming for visits staying for a prolonged amount of time isn’t ideal but I will accept an increased price if necessary. Every morning I take my dog out for a walk followed by a bowl of food. I’m very familiar with wet and dry food, as well as medication taken via orally. My pup is also an aged fella, so any experience with older dogs having trouble getting up and down the stairs I can handle as well.

About: I was always had furry siblings but have graduated to a cat mama. I enjoy creating personal heavens for our companions. Reliable, punctual and kind. I have a full-time job that pays the bills but I am looking for ways to feed my soul. Overnights are great as well as drop ins. I would prefer to host at client's homes as my current home does not allow dogs. Willing to board or take cats overnight. Let's make it a sleepover!

About: I have owned a dog my entire life. I have lived with four, including our old foster dog. I am a kitten foster with Humane Indiana since 2020. Since then, I have fostered over 30 kittens. I am used to the hard work that comes with taking care of animals, and more than happy to do so. I am currently a full time college student so will have time to take care of your pet before, after, and in between my classes. My weekends are pretty free. I have a fenced in backyard along with one dog (king charles spaniel). He is very friendly but can stay separate if need be. I have four cats that are used to other animals with my fostering experience. They will stay away from dogs or can be in the basement.

Recently my dog Shadow passed away, so I currently have no dogs in my home (this is why I would love to spend time with yours, everyone needs their daily dose of puppy love!) but I have had years of experience with high energy, elderly, and special needs dogs. About: I’ve had pets my whole life ranging from fish, amphibians, rodents, birds, cats, and dogs. I love connecting with animals and giving them all the love they deserve! I also am a former vet assistant (I now work at a vet lab) so I have experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and health statuses. My priority is the pets’ safety and comfort, and will work with them to ensure we have a foundation of trust. I also can work enrichment into my visits to get their minds more stimulated or just give them a 15 minute belly rub if that’s more up their alley. I’ve also trained many of my pets so I can help introduce basic commands to puppies or reinforce commands and manners from older pets. I’m available pretty much every day for the summer. Once mid-August comes around, I’ll be available Sunday-Tuesday at all times and Wednesday-Saturday from 9-11 AM I can come in let the pets out, clean up messes from them, feed/water, play enrichment games or work on training, and give them lots of love!

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that I’ve been surrounded by animals since I was a child. I’ve cared for and loved my dog Maya for 5 years and my cat Sombra for 7 years. I also have turtles, and in the past I’ve had parrots and chickens. For me, this is not just a job — it’s a passion that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Pet care is naturally part of my daily routine because I’ve always lived with animals. I make sure they have fresh food and water every day, give them time for walks or play, and check on their well-being. On a weekly basis, I dedicate time to cleaning their spaces, grooming if needed, and making sure they feel loved and safe. Unfortunately, my pets are currently in Honduras, but in the future we’ll be reunited. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully to maintain their routine and make them feel comfortable. I provide fresh food and water, daily exercise or playtime, regular check-ins, and lots of affection. I also keep their space clean and safe, and give them extra attention to reduce stress while their owners are away. My goal is to make pets feel as loved and cared for as they do when their family is home.
