About: I’m Emily! A little about me: I love to run, lift, paint, and read. I am currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh studying Speech Pathology and Audiology who’s home for the summer! I've been a pet owner myself for about 5 years now. My family currently has three cats and has had a dog and another cat in the past. Within the last seven years I have dog and cat sat for a lot of my extended family and friends. I'm currently on the hunt for a part-time job for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands to look after and care for pets. I also have my own car and am hanging out with friends a lot, so I am always around. I am very diligent with making sure doors and windows are shut and locked to ensure that your pets do not go in or out (if they're indoor pets/ not on a leash) as I have to do that with my own pets! I also realize as it grows hotter, animals become dehydrated and hot as well, and I am careful to make sure water bowls are filled, and there is water during walks as well.

About: -Dogs and cats have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I have lots of experience with. -I have also been working at the pet store for the past 7 months. In this timing, I have gained lots of knowledge on animal behavior and care. -I have experience with cats and dogs of ALL ages. I also have experience diabetic dogs and administering oral medications. I am off Friday Saturday Sunday and Tuesday. Those days I am available all day anytime for overnight stays/drop in visits/house sitting. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, I work at the Pet Store 9am-4pm. I am available for all the same services I will just be unavailable for that 9-4 window. My goal is to provide excellent service to make you feel confident leaving your pet in my hands. here’s some of the task i provide: -keep company and maintain content -any type of interactive activity or playtime your pet needs -brush out -let out/walk -feeding/treats -litter box

About: I’ve been around pets all my life. From the moment I was born we had cats and my family members had dogs. My cousin trains dogs and has been for 3 years, she gets them as little puppies and I am always around them. I walk dogs frequently and am around them frequently! I help a lot of people dog sit! I would like to get some extra cash and exercise while I am at school! I have an easy schedule this semester and would love to walk a dog or care for a pet. I’ve dog sitted many times before. Everytime I make sure I take them on walks, make sure they pee/poop, and feed them properly, but you can’t forget to love on them!! At home I love on my pets a lot, feed them, and change their litter box.
“Natalie was AWESOME with Grey! She came to meet him a few times, before she stayed with him, to insure he was comfortable with her. She was very good with Grey. She played with him more than we do, I am sure. She sent us pictures and videos multiple times a day. She contacted me if something arose that I had not mentioned or explained about his idiosyncrasies. He loves her, and so do we. We were concerned that he would want to go with her, when she left / went home from the stay!! That is how much she did for him.”

I have two cats at my house. They are well loved and follow me everywhere. I make sure they have nutritious food and clean water always. I truly can't express how lucky and grateful we are to have found Laurwn. As pet parents, leaving Maple and Hemlock behind when we travel is one of the hardest parts of being away, but she has given us something priceless, complete peace of mind. The biggest testament to how wonderful she is isn't even what we think of her, it's how much Maple and Hemlock love her. They are genuinely excited to see her, comfortable with her, and completely trust her. As dog owners, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your pups aren't just being cared for, but are being loved. It's obvious that she treats them like family, and they adore her right back. She is incredibly responsible, dependable, and always goes above and beyond. During our recent vacation, she was faced with an unexpected situation when our front door wouldn't open. While it was undoubtedly a stressful circumstance, she handled it thoughtfully and responsibly, communicated with us every step of the way, and did what was best for Maple and Hemlock. We were so impressed by her judgment, resourcefulness, and dedication in a situation that no one could have anticipated. Finding someone you trust with your pets is rare. Finding someone your pets love as much as you do is even rarer. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Maple and Hemlock would probably give her ten stars if they could!

Beatriz and Hayden were wonderful with our 14.5 y/o goldendoodle while we were away. They housesat so that Shiloh could be most comfortable in his surroundings. I really appreciated the notes, pictures, and videos that they sent throughout the week. They were comfortable directing Shiloh on the ramp that gets him in and out of the house and did well getting him all of his medicines morning, noon, and night! The house looked perfect when we returned. Great experience all around; I would highly recommend Beatriz and Hayden as house sitters! Shiloh was in great hands! Thank you!
Maddy is amazing! We knew right away that she truly cares about animals and making sure our Girls would have a wonderful day. Three girls .. three personalities! Everything went perfectly! Excellent communication and awesome pics! We have to plan a getaway soon! 😄 The Girls really loved their time together! Cannot say ‘thank you’ enough!
Highly recommend Victoria! She stayed at our house with our husky while we went on vacation and he was very well cared for…he’s a bit of a spoiled boy. She kept him on the schedule he’s used to with feeding and walks and of course attention, pets and cuddles. We would hire Victoria again!
Perfect experience! I’m a first-time Rover user and a worrier by nature, which is magnified when it comes to my beloved pets. Amber was so responsive, understanding, and put me at ease with every text. (And I had a lot of them!). My pups loved her instantly upon just walking into the house. They were like old friends. She listed to and followed all my instructions and she was easy to keep in touch with throughout her stay. Would definitely book her again and would recommend her to anyone else.
Alana was wonderful with Bentley! We received constant updates and photos. It was our first time leaving him so we were somewhat nervous but she was reassuring the entire time.
