About: Hello! I recently relocated back home to Cincinnati after graduate school. I love animals, they are such gems and have been a Rover sitter for over 7 years. I have a cat named Cosmo and my family owned a German shepherd for 14 years. I am open to helping out with all types of animals, I love cats and dogs! I am very caring, calm, and patient and will make sure your pets feel well loved throughout our time together. I love cuddling, walking, and playing with animals -just being in their company and following their lead. About: I've had pets all my life. They are family and I treat them as such. Your pet will be well care for under my watch. I am retired now. I'm looking for a fulfilling way to make extra money doing something I love. Why not care for another's pet daily. I can only come to the pet's residence. Since I am a cat owner, I understand that they need to be in their own environment. Also, I'm not sure how my cat would act if I brought your pooch to stay for the day. I have no problem caring for your pet in their own environment.

About: I have 3 years of experience volunteering at an animal shelter where I walk, feed, and spend quality time with dogs, as well as cleaning their kennels. I love spending time with furry friends! I am looking to incorporate pet care into my life primarily on the weekends. I am also available some evenings during the week. About: My experience goes back to being the go-to walker for our family dog as a kid to minding my cat today. It’s not unusual for me to meet a dog or cat and become acquainted in minutes I work from home with a flexible schedule. Therefore, I can be on-call at various times. I’m also used to fitting pet care for my cat into my daily routine. I make sure to follow all instructions laid out by the pet parent and get clarification wherever necessary, as well as communicate any issues that may arise.

Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was six years old! I have fed, bathed, walked, and scooped after dogs of all ages and sizes and would love to take care of your furry friend! I am a current grad student and part time worker with a very flexible schedule - I would be available for morning, midday, and evening check-ins throughout the week and weekend as well as overnight stays. They are both rescues. I’ve personally owned and cared for a variety of pets over the years, including dogs, a cat, several rats, a guinea pig, and a hamster. They were all my own animals, and I took pride in making sure each one was well loved and properly cared for. I am pet first aid and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. If you have a rabbit, rodent or another pet not listed on Rover feel free to add them as a cat and leave a note about the type of animal. I’m happy to care for all kind of critters. My schedule remains up to date with my availability, the only time I haven’t blocked off that I will be consistently unavailable is Thursday after 6. I look forward to meeting your beloved pets and giving them the same care and attention I give my own! I currently work for myself, so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule for pet care. If you see a weekend day marked as unavailable, there’s a good chance I’m still available for certain times that day. Rover doesn’t let us block off specific time windows, so I have to mark the full day unavailable if I have an event—even if it’s just for a few hours. Feel free to reach out and ask!
