Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. Jessica was, once again, amazing and available on short notice!! Indy was clearly very comfortable and well-loved in her care. It was great to know he was in safe and familiar hands! Regular updates and easy coordination/flexibility with drop-off and pick-up. Attentive to behavioral quirks. Words cannot describe how wonderful Molly did with Gus! Molly was always responsive, sending tons of pictures and updates. Molly went above and beyond, as on the second day when Gus got a little sick, Molly was there to do anything and everything for him. I would 100% use Molly in the future when I am out of town for work again! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my boy!
Rachelle was an incredible sitter, I highly recommend her to care for dogs especially those with special needs or those who need extra care of some kind. She is knowledgeable, caring, patient and understanding. We've never used Rover before and she spent extra time during the meet and greet to help me get comfortable with the process and get to know our dog-- an 8 year old Great Pyrenees/Alaskan malamute/Shepherd mix who jumps into action as a guard dog to protect everyone from any noise she hears. She cared for Chewie for four nights during below zero weather and 14+inches of snow. Rachelle kept Chewie busy with multiple enrichment games, was trained with e-collar, and gave anxiety medicine when needed for barking spells. Chewie is also known for finding things she shouldn't eat that are toxic to dogs, and Rachelle understood that as her home was very "doggy proof" and was able to keep her from getting into the trash,etc.. We look forward to boarding with Rachelle again!

This was the first time leaving my 4 month old puppy with someone and I was absolutely anxious and terrified. Monica agreed to pre-meet n greet where she bonded with Reggie instantly. During my trip she was so communicative and never made me feel bad about my constant checking in. She sent photos and videos multiple times and day and gave updates on his potty training. As a puppy, he did have an accident or two in her house, but she was completely understanding about it. Overall her positive attitude and sweet demeanor made my feel better than I thought I would, leaving my baby behind for the first time. 100% would use her again and recommend her to anyone with a puppy or dog needing special care and love.
