I’m not sure where to start with, just how amazing Monica was with my dog. This was the first time I have used Rover and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a work trip out of town and needed someone to watch my dog for a whole week. Upon first meeting Monica my worries and anxieties completely disappeared. My dog took to her right-away and it was clear just how much Monica loved not just my dog, but all dogs. Moncia sent me so many pics and updates while I was gone, which really allowed me to focus completely on work, as I knew he was having so much fun with her. I cannot recommend Monica enough and will without a doubt be scheduling time for her to watch him in the future. Thank you so much Monica!
Maria was amazing! Before we officially booked, she invited Hazy over to make sure that she got along with her dog Beanie and that she was familiar with Maria and her place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kamilah took amazing care of our dog, Roxie, while we were away. She was attentive, reliable, and clearly has a true love for animals. I got regular updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing our dog was happy and safe. Roxie can be a little too much (very hyper) at first, but Kamilah was patient and made her feel comfortable right away. By the time we came back, I could tell Roxie was relaxed and well cared for. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable to look after your pet, I highly recommend Kamilah. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
We had a great experience with Aoife! She was available on short notice when our other plans fell through, was responsive and flexible with schedule, and sent plenty of photos and videos of Dixie. Most importantly, I felt like my dog was being taken care of and given love and snuggles while I was gone. We would definitely book with her again!
Booking with James was my first Rover experience. Having 2 cattle dog mixes, I was really apprehensive and booked James specifically because he had a fenced in yard so they could play fetch. Being a 7 day booking, I was nervous... but when I picked up my dogs up they seemed happy and healthy like no time had passed. He took care of two working dogs for > 1 week and reported no issues - I would reccomend James for your dog and would book with him again in the future.
Sydney was so sweet and thoughtful and caring! She was kind and friendly and helped my little anxious pup feel at ease. She went above and beyond to help Skipper feel more comfortable. She took her for a walk, cuddled with her, and sent me lots of pictures and videos. Highly recommended!!

Our dog 5 year old rescue dog Chili just got back from an 8 day stay with Syd and we couldn’t be happier with her “vacation!” This was our first time using a dog sitter since adopting Chili in January. She took to Syd right away upon meeting them a few weeks before and continued to be super relaxed in their presence over the course of the actual stay. Syd updated us every day with thoughtful messages and pictures and always showed the utmost concern and care for our little dog. They even sent Chili home with a cute “things I love about Chili” note and a sweet note and stickers for our daughter (which immediately got stuck on the dog of course). We will definitely be reaching out to Syd for any future dog sitting needs!
Boarding our dogs used to be really stressful. I was never sure it was the right place and our dogs never seemed comfortable or happy-that changed when we steered boarding with Shanikka. Boarding with her gives us such comfort. We know our pup is safe and happy. She sends adorable pictures, has a great understanding of what dogs need and keeps me in the loop when I need to be. Our dog Watson is anxious and hasn’t always done well being boarded-and now I think he may enjoy Shanikka and Lucas’a house more than ours. Can’t recommend them enough.
