About: I have loved and cared for animals for most of my life. Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs and many other household pets, which taught me responsibility, patience, and attentiveness from a young age. One of my earliest experiences was helping care for a mother dog and her newborn puppies. Since moving to the United States 15 years ago, I have regularly helped friends and neighbors care for their pets while they were away. In my professional life, I have been an elementary school teacher for the past ten years. My experience working with children has strengthened my ability to be patient, observant, dependable, and responsive to individual needs. I treat every pet with the same level of care and attention that I would give to a member of my own family. I am a full-time elementary school teacher during the school year. During the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day to provide care, supervision, companionship, and exercise for dogs. Because I am home for most of the day during summer break, I can accommodate regular walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention.
