About: Hi! I’m Alexa, a recent University of Miami graduate and a lifelong animal lover. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and birds and have spent the last 10+ years caring for pets for family, friends, and neighbors. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and my family has also been involved with supporting a no-kill animal shelter, which has only strengthened my love for helping animals. I currently have two dogs with completely different personalities, which has taught me how important it is to understand every pet’s individual needs. My 11-year-old dog is calmer, loves relaxing, sunbathing, and getting attention, while my younger rescue dog is energetic, playful, and always ready to run around. Having both has given me experience with senior dogs, rescues, high-energy dogs, and different temperaments. I’m comfortable with walking, feeding, bathing, playtime, and giving medications. My dog Bentley has diabetes, so I also have personal experience caring for pets with medical needs and understand how important it is to be attentive, responsible, and follow instructions carefully. I would describe myself as patient, gentle, active, and extremely attentive. I always pay attention to little details, whether that means making sure a dog isn’t overheating outside, keeping fresh water available, noticing changes in behavior, or simply making sure they feel loved and comfortable. I truly see pets as members of the family and will always treat your dog with the same care, kindness, and love that I give my own. Im currently home for the summer and I high flexibility for dog walking, house sitting, and potty breaks. I love to get to know all sorts of pups and appreciate each of their individual likes and personalities. If overnight boarding is foreseeable for the future after initial services with your dog, I would be happy discuss and go over details in a deeper extent.
About: I’ve had dogs ever since i was young. I have had big and small dogs throughout my life time and have taken care of others aswell 🐾 I work from home so pets would be with me at all times.
