About: My love for animals runs deep I have been the primary care taker for every dog or pets my family has had and I’m especially fond of large dogs and xl sized dogs I’m currently working remotely and have open availability for the foreseeable future. This was the first time that Natalie took care of my two cats and she was wonderful! She asked thoughtful follow up questions during our meet and greet to ensure that she could mimic the routine my cats were used to as best as possible, and she kept my home neat and tidy and exactly as I had left it. She replied to messages quickly, and I appreciated that when the Rover app was down, she took the extra step to send updates and photos as a personal text instead. She was also very accommodating and was able to promptly adjust my booking dates when there was a sudden/unexpected change in my travel plans. Both of my cats took a liking to her fairly quickly and she did such a great job taking care of them while I was away! The Rover cards were brief (1-2 sentences for the visit summary and 1-2 photos per visit) and I would have liked more detailed updates and more photos but that was on me for not expressing so at the time of booking. Overall, Natalie was excellent and I would definitely recommend her services!
Ashley took great care of my cat while I was traveling! She was very communicative and flexible with scheduling the meet and greet and during my trip. She’s also incredibly friendly and trustworthy so I felt safe with her coming into my home when I wasn’t there. Joseph liked her too! He didn’t even get up from his nap when I walked in the door - which has never happened before bc of his separation anxiety. I’d definitely book with her again!
I have a dog and two cats and Julian was attentive to their needs. He spent time with the dog outside to let the cats eat in peace, sent several pics for status updates, and administered daily meds accurately. I would definitely look for him again for next time.
Susai was such a surprise. My long-term sitter suddenly had to relocate and Susai was one of only a few sitters who offered to help me with my special needs, paralyzed, Frenchie. From day one she has maintained excellent communication, punctuality, and professionalism. She cares for Piper as if she was her own - doing diaper changes and snuggles during her drop-ins.
