Lauren was amazing! From the start, she was very communicative, friendly and made me feel comfortable with an in-person meeting to meet my dog before I left town. She truly saved me over the holidays and kept me updated with texts and photos of my pup while I was away. Took excellent care of my dog and apartment. 10/10 recommend to anyone and would hire her again! Thanks so much, Lauren! ✨

Hannah was a wonderful and caring pet sitter/house sitter. We have a much older dog that requires some medical needs and Hannah put us at ease that he would be cared for while we were away. Hannah communicated multiple times a day, sent pictures and asked questions if she was concerned about our dog's behavior. Hannah was very respectful of our home while she stayed. We were able to enjoy time away thanks to Hannah's care of our dog. We will definitely rebook with Hannah!

Dianne is my hero. She stepped in at late notice and took care of our pack with minimal instructions, minimal contact from me, and with the internet unexpectedly down and still took amazing care of our whole menagerie. We were not an easy client but she stepped in and totally made it look easy taking care of four dogs, a snake, a bearded dragon, and a betta. Dianne knows what she’s doing.

Erika did an incredible job taking care of our dog, and two cats. She sent updates regularly, and we could tell our fur babies loved her. Our dog smiled ear to ear in all the pictures, and our usually shy cats immediately took a shine to her. During her stay, our dog had an upset tummy, brought on by the stress of us leaving. She took amazing care of him, and made sure nothing was seriously wrong. Her regular communication made us feel at ease, knowing our dog was in good hands. Erika took care of our home like it was her own. She noticed ants in our upstairs office, and helped us fix the issue by alerting us and placing ant traps. This really stood out to us, because she didn’t need to solve the problem, but did anyway. She also left our home sparkling. She cleaned her bedding and towels, and left the countertops and living space spotless. Honestly, it looks better in here than when we left on vacation. We will definitely book with Erika in the future!

Casey took amazing care of my boys and loved them like her own. She did a great job communicating and was super flexible with scheduling. It was great to have someone stay at the house so the pets schedule wasn’t interrupted at all and I could enjoy my vacation knowing they weren’t stressed. It was so nice to come home after so long to happy pets, and Casey even made sure everything was super clean!

About: Growing up, I have always found it easy and rewarding to take care of animals I have learned to be very attentive and receptive to the needs of furry friends and just find them to be such nice listeners in return 😂 We used to have a house full of dogs and cats and it was more a pleasure, than a chore, to get to interact and take care of them. All that to say, I am completely confident and comfortable in my ability to assist in any way when it comes to our four (or 1,2, and 3) legged pals! I just moved to the Richmond/Midlothian area so I’m looking for some good chances to earn some savings doing what I love!! I have pretty open availability! I don’t sit at my house only for the fact of my two French and English bulldog babies! They tend to get tense and wouldn’t want any discomfort for any other pet! I am very respectful to the needs of the client and their furry companions!!

Taylor has an easy way about her that puts everyone at ease! Taylor does overnight stays & daily drop ins for us ... she's great!!

About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

Ada stayed overnight at my house with Bailey. She did an excellent job. Bailey loved her. She walked Bailey in the neighborhood and cuddled with her...No wonder Bailey loves her. She also left my house very nice and clean after staying there for 5 days. I will definitely call her again when Bailey needs a sitter.

About: I have always loved animals since I was a little girl, and I am always looking for ways to spend more time with them in my freetime. I am a college student home for the summer available 7 days a week! I have a job during the day from about 10am 4 pm, but can visit before and after and during the late nights. I spend a lot of time with my dog Reese, and would always respect the homes of my clients and make sure they are comfortable.

About: I personally own 8 pets, including chinchillas, lizards, cats, and multiple dogs, three Great Danes and two French Bulldogs, so I’m very comfortable handling everything from giant breeds to smaller, more sensitive dogs! I’m also experienced in managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I always follow your pet’s specific care instructions closely. I prioritize making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I work a consistent weekday schedule, with a later start on Tuesdays, which gives me some extra daytime flexibility. I’m available for pet care before 9 AM, after 5 PM, and fully on weekends, and I can also use my lunch breaks for quick check-ins or walks. I care for pets based on their individual routines to keep them happy and stress-free. During drop-ins and house sitting, I follow your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime. I usually walk my own dogs 0.5–1 mile morning and evening, but I always adjust based on what your pet is used to and comfortable with! I always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care while keeping your home clean and respected. I can also send regular updates as well as pictures so you can feel at ease while you’re away!

About: Lifelong Pet Lover with Years of Experience Hi, I’ve been around pets my entire life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I started walking and feeding my family dogs at just 7 years old, twice a day, making sure they had plenty of playtime and fresh air in our grassy yard. From playful puppies to gentle giants, I’ve handled dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’m confident with potty training and establishing healthy routines for any breed. Since I was 15, I’ve also cared for cats, both my family’s and my friends’. I keep litter boxes clean and ensure they stay off surfaces where they might break or damage anything, all while making sure they feel safe and cared for. Whether it’s a long walk, a cozy cuddle, or responsible in-home care, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’d love the chance to care for your furry friend. I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time throughout the week to give your pet the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. Whether it’s a morning walk, midday drop-in, or overnight stay, I’m available and committed to working around your needs. Your pet will never feel rushed or overlooked, they’ll have my full attention and care. Comfortable, Spacious, and Pet-Friendly Home Your pet will feel right at home here. I have a large backyard and a spacious home with plenty of room for dogs to play, explore, and relax. While the yard is not fenced, I always supervise outdoor time to ensure pets stay safe and secure. If you use training tools like an e-collar and provide them, I’m happy to use them responsibly and only according to your guidance. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, just like family.

I highly recommend Erika for pet sitting! She sent so many amazing photos and videos of my 2 dogs while I was away which I appreciated so so much. Not only because I missed them but it showed me how much fun they were having and well taken care of they were. My one dog has some resource guarding issues and needs accommodations with his meal and she handled it with ease. We also came home to a spotless tidy home and she even took care of the bedroom sheets which was going above and beyond. Not to mention, she is so kind and friendly. Your dogs are in safe hands with Erika.

Erika stayed at our home while we were on vacation, taking care of 2 dogs. She was able to make my shy dog very comfortable, which is no small feat. He was very relaxed with her and even let her play with him and scratch his belly - repeatedly! Our house was very clean and organized when we returned, and she followed up with us the following day (we returned home in the middle of the night) to make sure we were home safely, and the dogs were cared for. I would not hesitate to work with her again. She made it easy to relax and get the most out of our much-needed break.
