Hello, I’m Erika. 🤍🐾 I’m a full-time professional Animal Caregiver with over 5 years of hands-on experience providing attentive, personalized care through dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. Because pet care is my full-time profession, I’m able to dedicate consistent, unrushed attention to every booking and tailor my care to each pet’s individual routine, personality, and needs. I have extensive experience caring for pets across all life stages—from young puppies and kittens to senior animals with medical, dietary, or mobility needs. Having personally owned and rehabilitated dozens of rescue dogs and cats, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the patience, consistency, and compassion that animals deserve. My approach is calm, attentive, and routine-focused. I believe maintaining a pet’s normal schedule while their family is away can make all the difference in helping them feel safe, comfortable, and settled. Erika was absolutely amazing! We have 12 cats, so caring for our household is no small task, especially while we were away on an international trip to Europe. She followed every instruction carefully, kept us updated with lots of photos, and went above and beyond what we expected. She even swept our porch/patio area and did some extra cleaning, which we really appreciated. Erica is experienced, knowledgeable, dependable, and clearly loves animals. We felt completely at ease knowing our cats were in such good hands. We are so glad we found her and will absolutely book her again for future trips. Highly recommend!
Erika always takes good care of our dogs and our home. She provides us pictures of them multiple times a day and is very responsive to communications.
We were truly blessed to find Erika. With only these reviews to go on, we trusted her with our treasures and it went better than any other house-sitting experience we’ve ever had. She didn’t shy away from our 9 indoor pups ranging from old (you never tell a lady’s age) to 9 months and even looked after the gunnie pigs too. She had the skill and personality to make their time without us normal and enjoyable (I wonder if they even missed us, life for them went on so normally). And they all have very different personalities, energy levels and needs. She took all of our concerns to heart and work with each pup as requested. She went above and beyond what we expected and were used to with other sitters, she sent photos and videos daily, provided updates and knew when to ask questions. Finding someone you can trust with your babies is a rarity and we would recommend her without hesitation. We’ve found our go to person and I cannot say how much stress that removes from leaving for a vacation.
Erika is always great with our cats, Sunny and Chester! They are always well taken care of and get lots of attention.
I booked Erika for 5 days for 1 hour visits each day with my 11 month old golden retriever while my husband and I were on vacation. I was very anxious as our dog has a history of behaviors like eating things he shouldn’t. Erika was fantastic from start to finish! I was immediately impressed with the questions she asked during her initial visit to meet him. She sent me great videos of him on his walk each day, played fetch with him, and I could tell he was happy to see her when she arrived. I will absolutely be rebooking her again in the future!!
