About: Growing up, I have always found it easy and rewarding to take care of animals I have learned to be very attentive and receptive to the needs of furry friends and just find them to be such nice listeners in return 😂 We used to have a house full of dogs and cats and it was more a pleasure, than a chore, to get to interact and take care of them. All that to say, I am completely confident and comfortable in my ability to assist in any way when it comes to our four (or 1,2, and 3) legged pals! I just moved to the Richmond/Midlothian area so I’m looking for some good chances to earn some savings doing what I love!! I have pretty open availability! I don’t sit at my house only for the fact of my two French and English bulldog babies! They tend to get tense and wouldn’t want any discomfort for any other pet! I am very respectful to the needs of the client and their furry companions!!

About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

You can feel confident leaving your furry family member in good hands! I'm home for the summer from college and have a very flexible schedule, making me available for bookings on short notice. I may be taking on part-time work as the summer progresses, but I'll always keep my Rover calendar up to date so you know exactly when I'm available. Your instructions are my playbook — I follow them closely and don't cut corners, whether it's feeding schedules, medication routines, or house rules for your pet. I'm naturally observant and attentive, so I stay tuned in to your pet's behavior and body language throughout every visit, picking up on cues that they might need something before it becomes an issue. Your pet's comfort and safety in their own environment is always the priority.

About: I personally own 8 pets, including chinchillas, lizards, cats, and multiple dogs, three Great Danes and two French Bulldogs, so I’m very comfortable handling everything from giant breeds to smaller, more sensitive dogs! I’m also experienced in managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I always follow your pet’s specific care instructions closely. I prioritize making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I work a consistent weekday schedule, with a later start on Tuesdays, which gives me some extra daytime flexibility. I’m available for pet care before 9 AM, after 5 PM, and fully on weekends, and I can also use my lunch breaks for quick check-ins or walks. I care for pets based on their individual routines to keep them happy and stress-free. During drop-ins and house sitting, I follow your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, and playtime. I usually walk my own dogs 0.5–1 mile morning and evening, but I always adjust based on what your pet is used to and comfortable with! I always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care while keeping your home clean and respected. I can also send regular updates as well as pictures so you can feel at ease while you’re away!

About: I’ve always had and taken care of dogs growing up! My pups were a core part of my childhood and still hold most of my heart. Aside from basic dog care I also have experience with puppies and timid dogs as my family fosters. I would love to help care for your dog! I’m a college student home for the summer. I’ve also pet sit for my family and neighbors since 2010. I have pets of my own so pet care is a daily necessity. I’ll make sure to fit in as much care as I can in a day and won’t skimp out on your pet. I can care for your pet in whichever way you need me to. I don’t cut corners and I make sure the animals are cared for accordingly. If possible I’d even send photos to pet parents so they know how their pet is doing. They aren’t just pets, they’re family!
