“I booked for 3 days and had to extend for one more day in the last minute. She immediately accepted the request and showed a lot understanding. She is very flexible with the pick up and drop of time. She made it as comfortable as possible for us and for both dogs we left with her. As in the past days she kept updating us with pictures and what they have been doing during the day. I’m happy I chose Katie and recommend her!!”

“Gregg was very communicative and took plenty of photos. He has a wonderful yard and a playful dog that will keep yours company. It seemed that he went above and beyond to ensure dog safety and happiness. I would definitely book with Gregg again.”

“Heather is truly a one-of-a-kind dog sitter. She cared for my dog Rulo with such genuine love and attention that I felt completely at ease while I was away. Not only did she keep me updated and make sure all his needs were met, but she went above and beyond—she even baked him a dog-friendly cake for his birthday! It’s clear that Heather treats the dogs she watches as if they were her own. Rulo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly adored his time with her. I couldn’t recommend Heather more highly to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and thoughtful sitter. She’s the best!”

“Megan is absolutely amazing! This was our first time using Rover and our first boarding experience with our one year old retriever. Megan was highly recommended by a friend, and exceeded my expectations. My dog Nola was initially apprehensive, and Megan insisted that she be given time to want to go with Megan on her own versus being forced 💜 She was so patient and kind with Nola. She also sent pictures and updates which eased my anxiety. Our fur babies are family, and I have no doubt Megan treated Nola like family. She was happy and loved when I picked her up. Nola even jumped out of my car to go love on Megan again before leaving. She will be our solid ‘go to’ for Nola.”

“Judith was really great to work with. She has a lovely dog-friendly home, was kind and caring with my pup and my dog returned all smiles. I received regular updates and communication was smooth. Will definitely book with her again!”

“Alycia & Dillon were awesome. We had a pre meet up, there dog got along great with mine, I was happy my dog would have a playmate while I was gone. They sent updates and pics of them playing. Overall I was very comfortable leaving knowing Trixie was in good hands.”

“Sharon boards in her home and has a great play area for the dogs. She is very caring for all of her boarders. We will definitely use Sharon to board our dog in the future.”

“Ro was a wonderful sitter for Major! We especially loved the frequent check-ins and photos to let us know how he was doing. We look forward to booking with Ro again the next time we need someone to watch Major 🙌🏻”

“Amazing family. They are great with my baby. I love how they work with our schedule for dropping Jill off and picking her up. Thank you for taking such great care of Jill.”

“In all my years of moving around and needing to trust a new Rover city in each town, Ashley and her family were hands down THE BEST, most compassionate and caring I have come across. We are returning upon every chance we can!!!”

“Amy & John took such good care of our two dogs, boarding them for nearly a week while we traveled. I was so appreciative and relieved they would consider us, as our young dog, River, is always curious and has a pretty strong prey drive. I wondered if he would be suited to life on their farm. Our other guy, Colton, is 15 and has significant arthritis. These two could not have more different needs at this point. Amy and John have a beautiful farm, two special rescued dogs, Bruno & Pork Chop, cattle, chickens, even emu. This would be a new experience for both our guys! Generally we spend a great deal of time with them off leash walking our family farms, but this would be a new property and boundaries without fencing. At our meet and greet it was clear Amy and John are special people. We admired them right away! They are very experienced, and were aptly methodical about the introduction of all the dogs and their other farm animals. Their confidence that this could work for all parties involved was reassuring. Amy and John went above and beyond, very kind to take our dogs a day earlier than planned with short notice, and welcomed our daughter, also new to them, who transported the dogs for us. They were excellent at communicating, sending us updates, pictures, and videos, even though we’d told them this was not necessary, as keeping up with River, his energy and curiosities, we knew could be a full time job in and of itself. But it gave us great peace of mind hearing early on that all was going well and there were no issues. Because of Amy & John’s care, patience, and diligence, after a full day with them we received the following, “..Bruno and River have become fast friends, running circles and playing hide and seek in the woods like wild things! We’re not using the leashes at all as we walk in the woods. River’s been absolutely perfect about coming back when we call him.” And I got the biggest kick out of, “I just got back from a walk with all four dogs, Pork Chop and Colton waddling behind me and River and Bruno having a blast playing chase.” Along with a picture Amy sent of River with his head poking through from behind her knees (as crazy as it sounds), something he humors only us with here at home, we KNEW both our guys felt comfortable, were happy and very much cared for. I could not imagine a more perfect scenario for our dogs. Now back at home, we can definitely sense they are missing Amy, John, Bruno, Pork Chop, and daily life on their farm. I’d love to arrange a play date to help with this, and I KNOW precisely what River and Colton’s reactions will be once we approach their farm. It’s clear this is a family that loves animals and cares so much for the well-being of all they have rescued and assumed responsibility for. They are kind, exceptional, hard-working individuals, and we feel so fortunate to have met them and to have our dogs cared for by them. This is who we will turn to any time we need care and boarding for our dogs!”

“Tammy is a wonderful person. She was very accommodating in terms of pick up and delivery. I am so grateful for the PUpdates she sent via Whatsapp that showed me Jordan felt right at home. I would absolutely recommend Tammy to anyone who needs a petsitter. I hope to see her again, even if Jordan doesn't need a sitter. I had a less than great experience with Rover's policies. I booked Tammy over a month in advance and intended to pay much closer to the trip. That was agreed on with Tammy. I was dismayed by persistent demands to pay the full amount before I had it available. In fact, Rover canceled my reservation and Tammy had to reorder it. If client and sitter agree to a payment arrangement that is paid before the date of service, Rover needs to back off constant payment demands. I found it confusing and annoying. However, I cannot speak highly enough about Tammy's friendliness and professionalism.”

“Dave and Michele took excellent care of my Ryker. I got pictures of him being cuddled and it gave me such peace of mind knowing he was safe and being loved on.”

“Had a last minute birthday trip with my husband and Mr. And Mrs. Milford were able to accommodate us and our chihuahua Niko. They were so kind to all of us. The environment is immaculate. And they are caring toward pets! Mrs. Vicky was kind enough to wash one of Niko’s shirts. They are just good people and we are blessed they said yes to watching Niko!”
