I’m Jess, and if my friends had to describe me, they’d probably say I’m the human version of a golden retriever friendly, energetic, loyal, and always excited to make new friends (especially the furry kind!). While I haven’t owned a dog myself, I’ve spent years helping care for dogs belonging to family, friends, and many of my personal training clients. About: I’ve been caring for pets for several years and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family members have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they were away. I’m reliable, patient, and love making pets feel comfortable and safe. I can also help with routines, exercise, and giving lots of attention and care. I am currently working a 9-5 Monday through Thursday But available Friday- Sunday at anytime. If needed I can come after work if I am available I provide care in clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. About: I've owned and cared for animals my whole life, from cats and dogs to snakes and chinchillas. My fur babies are everything to me - I even have them forever tatted on me! My current English bulldog, Stella, is half-blind and all crazy. She is a protector and lover of my two girls, who have known and grown up with animals their whole lives. Guest cats stay in their own private room with fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. For dog walking I keep things low stress, consistent, and fun. I work from home regularly so I'm around often and take every pet's routine seriously. I treat every animal like my own. I work from home frequently which means pets in my care are never left alone for long stretches. For dog walking I'm flexible on timing and can work around your schedule for morning, afternoon, or evening walks. For cat boarding, guest cats get visits multiple times a day including morning feeding, a midday check-in, and an evening wind-down with fresh food, clean water, and a scooped litter box. Weekends I'm generally very available and weekdays I can accommodate most requests with a little advance notice. I genuinely enjoy spending time with and meeting new animals so this isn't a job to me, it's a passion. I have a dog and two cats of my own so I know firsthand what animals need to feel safe and comfortable. Guest cats are kept in their own private, dedicated room completely separate from my resident pets, giving them a quiet space to decompress and settle in at their own pace. For dog walking I keep things calm and consistent, always on leash, through the safe residential streets of Yorktown Heights or local parks where my dog frequents himself. I pay close attention to each animal's personality and adjust my approach accordingly. Whether a pet is social and energetic or shy and cautious, I make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. My home is peaceful, clean, and genuinely pet friendly.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a child! My love for animals has motivated me to enroll in vet tech school, starting this fall. I specialize in small mammals, such as rabbits and hamsters, and have owned my own. I have also cared for guinea pigs, parakeets, and aquariums. For dogs, I have experience working with both small and large breeds! I regularly look after my neighbor's dog, and love every opportunity I get to spend time with her. For cats, I have primarily done drop in visits, but have experience with administering medicine to shy cats by building trust over time. I currently do not own pets of my own, so I will be able to give your pet my full attention and care! I am currently spending my summer before starting vet tech school working part time, volunteering at local shelters, and shadowing at clinics. I work weekends, but can still do an early morning or evening visit if needed! Your pet's comfort and safety is my number one priority and I will care for them as if they are my own! About: I grew up having dogs! My family had the sweetest golden retriever growing up. She loved going for walks and loved meeting new people. We took care of her through an injury and arthritis which made walking challenging. My family got another dog who is a giant mix rescue with a very different temperament. She is terrified of new people and hates the mailman but I have worked with her to interact with others and work through some of her fears. I have also spent a lot of time with friends and family dogs and have dog sat a few times, too. I am looking for summer care options as I will have free time since I am a full-time teacher. About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I have dealt with kittens/puppies, adults and seniors. Gave meds, washed, groomed and trained them. Large dogs and pitbulls are my favorites. I also had a house rabbit for 9 years. My pets had long happy lives I have a part time job, so my schedule is flexible. With enough lead time, I can swap my shift and be available whenever I am needed. I can care for pets in their own home. The pets are happier and less stressed when they are at home.
