Amber and her family came through for me for a last-minute, same-day holiday (4th of July) booking, and they were great from start to finish! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible and seemed to attend well to my Sienna -- following my various tips and even going lengths to ensure, with her being an older dog, that she wouldn't be out in the heat during walks for too long and was protected by the outside fireworks that first night! Amber also shared some text and picture updates throughout the stay, and her and her husband for were very reassuring both during drop-off and pickup regarding Sienna's care. They were so great that I ended up extending the sit to an extra day, originally scheduled for just one, and they were very accommodating in my doing so. Sienna seemed to like them well, and I think they liked her -- I definitely would book again whenever we're back in this area again!!”

They sent us so many updates (photos and videos) so we were never worried about what was happening with Dunston. You can tell that they do this because of how much they love dogs and they showered our fur baby with love. Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care.
