We were away for 10 days out of the country and we were very worried about Buster because he has stomach issues. Nicole was wonderful with him! She accommodated his routine and made him feel very comfortable. Nicole was very proactive - she noticed Buster having more stomach problems after a few days and she contacted me to discuss it. Medicine from the vet was delivered and Buster was back to normal! Nicole is very sensitive to his needs, and she did not mind when he woke her up one morning at 4am to go out.
