“Have had Nicole housesit twice with us. Each time she is prompt, extremely communicable, and able to navigate not only complicated instructions for each of our two dogs, but also how complicated our house is with codes, alarms and construction workers. She looked after my middle-aged slow Bichon who needs constant food and attention and our new rescue dog who is 10lbs of energy and desperate to escape. She handled them both with grace and sent lots of pictures and videos. I am happy to know I don't have to worry now when I travel!”

I’ve administered medication orally and topical long walks and assistance after medical procedures. Our dog really loved her and I loved getting pictures of them snuggling on the couch. I was able to relax and not worry about his care and him being left in crate unstimulated for most of our time away which made me so happy. I currently work evening shifts at my family’s restaurant in Darien, so I’m generally available for pet care during the mornings and afternoons, as well as some evenings. My work schedule does not interfere with housesitting, and I’m able to provide attentive care throughout the day and overnight. For walks and drop-in visits, I’m happy to work around my evening schedule and coordinate times that work best for you and your pet. I have a fenced-in yard and a very docile and friendly golden retriever. She’s 11 and gets along with every animal she meets. When taking care of a pet at client’s homes, I prioritize leaving it in the same or better condition than I found it.
