“I was leary having to leave my fur babies to go on a 1 week trip to California. A last minute trip, my sister in law was put on hospice and passed away. Bonnie is amazing. I was never worried about the hands I placed my kitties in, 3 cats who are seniors! I was updated daily and was sent pictures each day twice. My cat Rollo needed medication twice daily and she handled that for me! She was always on time as well! It's very easy to communicate with your sitter which is so so good for piece of mind. There is no doubt that I will be using Rover again. We rarely go anywhere because of our animals. Having Rover as an option for care makes it possible! Thank you again Bonnie, you rock! ---Heather. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, have learned a lot extensively these past 4 1/2 years, a lot about their behavior, body language different personalities, etc. I’ve trained and worked with senior dogs and puppies as young as 14 weeks old! Pet care is a daily routine for me. Once I get up in the morning I let my dog out, feed both him and my cat, make sure they’ve both got plenty of water. I will either take my dog out on walks or exercise and train with him in the backyard. I do brush them (or try to) weekly as well. Depending on the type of yard the home has, I will either A. Let dog(s) out in fenced back yard Or B. Let dog(s) out on lead. If one is not friendly with another I can crate and rotate to prevent issues and ensure both dogs (or as many as there are) are all shown the right amount of attention and care! As far as cats go I like to take my time as I know not all of them are social, I tend to not push boundaries and let them do as they please while they have time to warm up to me. :)

About: I grew up with dogs, volunteer at an animal shelter, and have had my own dogs for 20+ years. I have two of my own currently and love being with them. I have experience with puppies all the way up through senior dogs. They will be in great hands! I teach so the summer is an ideal time to do drop in visits. When the school year is in full swing, I’ll be a bit more limited. I believe communication and transparency are key. Clear, detailed instructions will be very helpful. Picture and text updates after each visit I would love to provide.

About: I have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. I took care of our dog for at least 5 years up until he passed away. I have been learning to train dogs as well. I currently work full time, Monday through Friday, and I have extra time and love to give to dogs that need a place to stay. I have a partially fenced in yard that is on the process of being fixed/finished. I can easily separate dogs if needed. I will provide walks as long as weather permits.

About: I have experience with sitting a wide range of pets. This includes dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, horses, goats, chickens, and even geese! I now reside in Avon Lake. However, throughout college and as a resident of Athens, I provided overnight care and check ins for folks who own farms, or for folks who had a smaller furry family. I have learned on the job from hands on experience, and I have owned my own pets as well! My clients love that I provide them with regular updates and pictures of their animals. Not only will I care for your animals while you are away, but I will keep up with chores so you don’t come home to a mess! Your pups will enjoy over a half acre of open, grassy space surrounded by beautiful trees to run, play, and safely explore in, and a cozy, warm home where they can snuggle up and rest after a full day of fun. I work part time and mostly from home so I'm rarely away for more than three or 4 hours at a time. My pups (and yours) will get loving attention all through the day! Your pet will get the highest love care possible. Your pet will have full run of my house including couches and beds. I welcome all visiting pups to join me and Rudy for our evening sleep if they care to join us. Emma prefers the ottoman at the end of my bed.
