“Very thorough and kind sitter! Aiko showed great interest in following directions and giving my two cats the best care.”
5. Tommy Selling
“Tommy did a great job taking care of our ding dog dogs and our special needs cat! It was really important for our cat to be fed on schedule to keep her seizures down, and Tommy did a great job coming on time and taking care of her! Thank you, Tommy!! Will get ahold of you again if ever the need should arise. Will also be referring you to friends and real estate clients!”
6. Kelly L.
“Kelly was quick to respond, available with a days notice, very professional yet made us feel like friends, and so amazing with our dogs. This was our first time using rover and we are so happy we went with Kelly and her husband!! She sent updates often and made us feel at ease about leaving. She was SUPER flexible with drop off and pick up times which made us feel relaxed. Kelly and her husband were obviously huge dog lovers and treated our dogs like their own! Our dogs were very tired when they got home which means they had a lot of play time! Truly a very sweet human and we will definitely be rebooking with Kelly!”
7. Miriam R.
About: I bond easily with cats and dogs. I am gentle, patient and give 100% to all the fur babies in my care. I enjoy entertaining and caring for these special critters. While with me, I am observant and provide the kind of interaction the pet wants. This could be anything from a massage to hiking and play at a beach with a variety of toys. I always want your pet to feel warm and welcome. I believe walking is the best medicine, so I’m game to go out no matter the weather. I don’t feed people food to them but am happy to give appropriate treats and lots of praise. I have been taking care dogs for 15 years. Dogs are considered my family bond
8. Sydney S.
“Sydney is responsible, responsive, and extremely diligent - and this is on top of being gentle and caring with our pets. Basically, she’s everything the people and the animals in our household want! We have 2 cats and a dog, and she has taken great care of them whenever we’ve needed her. I couldn’t recommend her more.”
9. Jaelyn R.
“Jaelyn is such a delight and one who is quick to reply to a booking or any of our conversations, sends beautiful pictures of how well & happy London is, & a relief to know we have a responsible young lady in our home! Thank you Jaelyn!”
10. Alexandra B.
“Did a great job, came by to meet Bailey who was pretty shy at first. Everything seems to have gone well and according to all the pictures we received Bailey was having a lot of fun with the attention.”
11. Emily P.
“Emily is an amazing pet sitter. I had to go out of town for a few days and she took care of my cat mittens. Mittens is an old shy cat that keeps to himself. But Emily would come in and check on him, feed him, make sure he had enough food/water and his litter was cleaned. She would even stay for a little just to make sure everything was good and to give him some company.”
12. Zoe E.
About: Hi! My name is Zoe and I’ve worked with animals all my life. I’ve worked at vet offices and shelters for the past 12 years. One of my fondest memories was getting a call about beagle puppies that were all born with cleft lips and needed to be bottle fed and burped. Being a student athlete, I can be busy but I also would be keeping your pet active if need be! Im pretty flexible with online classes. I will have 1-2 practices a day but I can spend the night, do check ins, walks, and car rides! Right now our backyard is being fixed up so once our backyard is mowed, dogs big and small can run around and play! Inside our house is very big and spacious.
13. Imani S.
“She did a great job taking care of our two cats. Stayed and played with them. Shared a lot of pictures everyday during the visit. Highly recommend!!!!”
14. Victoria W.
“Victoria had clear communication, was extremely friendly and got along amazingly with my shy and cautious cat. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and reliable sitter. (She also takes great pet pictures!)”
15. Julie K.
“Julie is amazing with Animals. I've had her watch my cat on multiple occasions. I also have seen first hand how much she cares for her pets. Julie is a great caregiver for animals”
16. Kayla F.
“Kayla is an exceptional dog and cat trainer and having her sitting our cat, Poppy, was a boon. Convenience and high quality of care aside, Kayla’s deep expertise as a trainer and animal handler made her stand out on Rover. She taught our cat (who is not particularly prone to effort of any kind) how to target and ask for food, skills our cat retains years later. Kayla’s two dogs, Barley and Niffler, are also incredibly well trained and helped our cat to learn how to coexist with dogs. The combination of reaching your pets how to handle new kinds of enrichment, and a tenured expertise with animals makes Kayla the perfect person to work with pets who have special or more challenging needs, or those that just require additional care. Highly recommend!”
17. Kiara B.
About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life so I’m quite comfortable around them. I also love to volunteer at the local humane society working mainly with cats. I’ve helped pet sit many times working with both cats, dogs, and chinchillas. I’m also currently an animal science major working to become a vet. I recently finished up some classes at LBCC so I’m completely available at the moment. I do go on the odd trip here and there but other than that I’m free. I like to make sure that both the animal and the owner feel completely safe and comfortable. I’m great at following instructions so if you have any specific requirements, I can definitely stick to those.
18. Emily B.
“Any time I’ve gone out of town or had busy work days, Emily has willingly gone out of her way to take care of my two large dogs. She’s reliable and is more than willing to work with you on your/your dogs needs and sends picture updates every time I’m gone. It is obvious that she has a love for animals as she takes care of each one as if they were her own. I highly recommend her for your pet care needs.”
19. Ayla G.
“Ayla was great! We set this time to meet before booking a longer house sitting. She explained her process for getting to know new dogs and what experience she has working with anxious dogs and learning their triggers. She was calm and patient with my dog and introduced herself in stages. I feel nervous getting a pet sitter for my dog for the first time, but Ayla’s confidence and experience is definitely helping ease my mind!”
20. Anita A.
About: I’ve taken care of and walked dogs since I was in middle school, currently have my own 7 year old pitty girl and we have 2 other doggy roommates. I have experience with cats as well as I have many friends with cat that I’ve cared for :) I work from home in South Corvallis and travel between here, Albany, Philomath and Salem quite often. Weekends are pretty open for me as well for checking in on your pet or walking them! I love to create a relationship with new furry friends that will allow them to gauge how they feel about me and hopefully I can earn their trust. I will ensure not to force them to do anything they don’t want and provide them with love and care as I would my own pets ❤️
