Her place is located adjacent to Delta Ponds so she is fortunate to have some wildlife come by to visit outside her back slider door. Dexter was able to see a Squirell, Blue Jay and other birds. His walks to the ponds kept him engaged and happy. He was also socialized with other dogs that she sits. All in all he came back as a better dog and was very happy to spend time with her. He had no separation anxiety at all and was very content. I received daily photos of him and was updated about how he was doing regularly. I would recommend Denise to any one looking for a sitter. Her rates are great as well.”

About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my dogs along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. Who are friendly with other dogs and can play/ keep your dog company if you would like. I know how crates work and am willing to learn the routine you have for your animal. (Food/crate/sleeping habits).

About: I have been around dogs and cats since before I could walk! I started pet sitting for my neighbors when I was a kid and have spent most of my life helping out my friends and family with their pets. I am a huge animal lover and also very active! I often pet sit for my friends and love to take their dogs on walks and runs. I live in Albany with my cat, Bill, and work from home a lot so I have lots of availability and would love some more dog time in my life! I work from home four days a week (wednesday’s i am in office) so i have a lot of availability to spend time with your dog! I am also an active runner and walker, so I can get your pup outside and get out energy if that’s what they need, or we can cuddle up inside and play or hang out :) I live in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with lots of grassy areas and walking paths around. I do have a cat, he gets along well with dogs, but your pup would need to be okay with cats! I have a very gentle approach to dogs and respecting their boundaries is so important to me. Depending on what you prefer for your dog, they are free to roam my apartment and be on furniture, unless you prefer them not to be! I have some experience training so if you’re in the middle of building habits, i will adhere to those practices :)

About: All my life I’ve been obsessed with dogs 🐶 When I was finishing up nursing school, I needed to find some part time work to help make ends meet. I found a job as a kennel technician at a commercial dog boarding facility - where I mostly cleaned up to 36 dogs daily messes and gave them social enrichment. I quickly jumped up the short ladder of management and took over as CEO right around my first year mark of employment. I have cared for hundreds, possibly a thousand plus dogs in the last half of my entire lifetime. I’ve taken care of newborn puppies to teenage obedience school dropouts - through the medically fragile & elderly pooches on palliative care & absolutely everything in between. I’ve worked in a rescue as an adoption coordinator and had the extreme pleasure of helping people and pooches find their forever spaces together. Along with rescuing over a dozen dogs of my own over the years & nursing several back to health from horrific conditions. Dogs are my passion - simple as that. Nothing makes me happier than helping a dog & owner relationship thrive. I am a stay at home mom, my boys are 2 & 3 years old. They’ve been raised around dogs & already have learned a healthy respect for their space. Other than weekly appointments on Mondays - we have a very flexible and open schedule. Our yard is fully fenced with 6 foot - reinforced wood fencing. Gates are double locked to keep toddlers from opening them - dogs too. I have a 10 year old spayed female border collie that I picked from her litter at 3 weeks old. She’s my right hand gal and socially bulletproof when it comes to hanging out with her furry friends. I often used her as the “Ice Breaker” dog when I ran the boarding facility - meaning she did all the temperament testing for any newly boarded dogs we were socially unsure about. We have multiple baby gates, and crate option for separation of space. A dog door built into our back door leading into our fully fenced, toddlerized but maintained, grassy residential yard on a quarter acre. We live in a very quiet tiny town on an even quieter little street, perfect for safely regulated walks and training opportunities.

Additionally, I am continuing to expand my Fear Free certification in the coming weeks to include a higher tier of canine/feline care and a broader range of species in general. I am comfortable administering medications through a variety of routes and have experience caring for multiple species, including dogs, cats, and backyard poultry such as chickens and turkeys. While the majority of my experience is within the small animal realm, I have additional experience with a variety of species. Providing these services are an extension of my training and long-term career in veterinary medicine. I am currently transitioning into a full-time veterinary assistant role in a clinic in Eugene, OR, but I will do my best to accommodate any services in my time outside of the clinic. I plan to return to OSU CCVM to finish my doctorate degree, during the Winter 2027 term. During the month of May '26, I expect to be transitioning into a veterinary clinic job in Eugene, OR. I will do my best to accommodate all requests in the meantime and I will be transparent about any scheduling conflicts. I am hoping to spend the next year focusing on my health, continuing my veterinary learning at a pace that suits my current needs, spending time with my cats and my partner, and exploring OR. About: There’s nothing I love more than animals! I have had and cared for them my entire life and have years of experience walking and feeding dogs, cats, and many other animals. I am reliable and can be flexible when needed. In my free time I volunteer at Greenhill animal shelter and have lots of experience with all types of dogs and their needs. I am currently a college student and have a pretty open schedule. I am always looking for ways to help out and love surrounding myself with animals. I am a very active person and love walking, hiking, trips to the beach, or just laying around keeping them company! I have classes and work but times vary for each. I follow rules and do everything that is asked, I leave everything as I came and pick up after myself. I ensure to always ask questions to avoid problems, better safe than sorry!
About: I have been dog sitting for my neighbors and family members for around 2 years now. I love taking care of animals and making sure they are being well treated when being cared for. I'm great with walking all kinds of dogs weather they are older and need to walk slower or fast past hyper dogs. I'm also great at looking after cats feeding and playing with them. I am currently a part-time worker but more then likely always flexible with my schedule on weekdays and weekends to walk your pet or swing by to let them out, feed them, or even play with your pet. I have a fenced backyard and one dog named Ostara she is a friendly dog who loves to run around and play with her soccer balls and toys.

About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have two puppy's one who is 3 years old who is my best friend, I also have an 1 and a half year old who is also my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Monday through Thursday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my dogs along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and 2 dogs of my own. Who are friendly with other dogs and can play/ keep your dog company if you would like. I know how crates work and am willing to learn the routine you have for your animal. (Food/crate/sleeping habits).
