We'll, we did not have that issue with Tenisha or Eric. From our initial meet and greet to our recent 8 days cruise vacation. Snowball, has been happy and full of life. The pictures and videos they sent daily of Snowball running and playing with Tenisha, Eric, and their adorable pet poodle Sybil were very reassuring. I even jokenly told my wife that I think he may prefer them over us. Needless to say, I highly recommend Tenisha and Eric as your preferred csretaker if you love your fur baby and want the peace of mind of knowing your pet is being professionally cared for in every way during your absence.”

“I got more than what I bargain for! I was only looking for a sitter for a quick trip over the weekend, and hoping that they would be patient enough with a dog which I just adopted from the shelter with who knows what trauma he had; I landed on a professional! This was my first experience and a pleasant one as well! FYI this is not a drop off service! I appreciated the time that Joshua took to ask me as much as I knew about my "new" dog. After a couple of minutes he says “he has dog in him", which for me meant that he accepts and was looking forward to getting to know him. Besides the basic questions, allergies, vet info and all, he genuinely asked about "my" concerns. I appreciated that. During my time away he volunteered updates on how my Buddy was doing, even had breathtaking photoshoot! Buddy was looking fierce and sexy! (see pics in album with red and blue collars : ) My greatest appreciation was the feedback when I returned. Buddy was at his best behavior and Joshua also shared his thoughts on Buddy's true potential. After sharing my habits at home with Buddy, as a professional trainer, Joshua pointed out the does and don'ts and why they were important which was very helpful! He shared commands and how to execute and reinforce them, and helpful items I could purchase to help with training at home. I won't write a book here, but to sum it all up, I won't turn anywhere else, Joshua is "my go to" for the future. Thank you Joshua!”

My Miki had a great stay at Cassie's home. Cassie answered every message I sent to her in a timely manner. Cassie let us have a pre-visit so my dog could meet her dogs and we could see her home. Cassie's dogs were very friendly and welcomed my Miki into the group, My Miki is a Saint Bernard so it was awesome to see that Cassie had a Saint Bernard as well. Cassie sent some great pictures of my dogs mini vacation at her home. We will definitely use Cassie again.
