I’ve grown up with a dog and now have my own at the age of 25 I am in Norwood living with my partner and looking for work, I decided to put a profile together and take care of pets to earn some money in the mean time. They’re allowed all the free play space in the open living area. Lots of space to run around. We’re close to a field for fetch and walks and I am more than happy to drive to a fenced in dog park. My personal philosophy is to meet each animal where they are, "listen" to them, and discover ways to bond. For some animals that may mean starting out our time playing to have fun and get out their energy. For others it may mean cuddles on the couch and treats. I won't force anyone to interact, but create opportunities to build a relationship. I am comfortable giving oral medication and special diets. If your pet needs more advanced support, I'm willing to learn how to give injections, diaper changes etc. from you. Currently pet care is my only job, so I have lot's of time for your furry friend. A daily schedule will depend both on your instructions and the routines your pet and I create together. For example, when watching my parents' cat Pearl, she would insist on playtime before food and meds. Generally, each session I'll make sure to feed, give any medication, and play and/or cuddle with your pet. Though I won't insist they interact unless they want to (other than meds of course). For dogs, I'll make sure they can go out to the bathroom and for cats I'll clean their litter box. I will follow your instructions and care for your pets' needs. Each session, I'll make sure that they have an opportunity for interaction and provide you an update.
About: I’ve grown up with many animals, and have always loved being around them. I’ve had many cats and dogs throughout my childhood and would love to continue caring for them. I love senior pets too and have a soft spot for them! I am remote two days a week and would love to care for your animals at anytime during those days. I love daily walks and good company!
