About: We are a family of 4 who love dogs and treat our guests like our own. After our last dog passed a couple of years ago, we’ve enjoyed the occasional pet sitting for our friends so much that we decided to do it more often. Dogs will get plenty of attention, playtime and exercise here. Let us know their needs and we will strive to meet them and make them feel at home. We are available for weekend, extended weekend and occasionally longer stays as a i work from home every Monday and Friday at a minimum. Dogs will be walked whenever needed. We only take 1-2 dogs at a time to ensure that your furry friends get the care and attention they deserve. We strive to accommodate our guests’ needs and make them feel like part of a family while you are away. Our side-walked neighborhood is very safe for dog walks, with great hiking trails nearby if our guests enjoy that as well.

About: I just moved to Mass from Costa Rica for work. Had to leave behind momentarily my family, which includes my wife, my dog (Millie) and my cat (cowboy). I really miss them, so I would like to offer my sitter/walker services to feel close to animals and make new furry friends! About: I’ve been walking my family’s dogs for almost a decade now - a high energy Brittany spaniel & a very large husky/shepherd mix. 7 years ago I rescued a German shepherd/pit bull mix (Layla) who I’ve trained extensively and take on daily adventures. Then, a year ago I rescued Dixon (a German shepherd/Australian cattle dog mix) and he’s been reactive to humans & dogs alike. I’ve completed extensive training in classes with him alongside professionals. I’ve taken that experience and can apply many basic training concepts to dogs of all sizes/ages. I’m currently available throughout the work week from 2pm into the early evening. Book early to save a spot right at 2! I can also do special requests for weekends (although it says I am not available - shoot me a message and we can discuss!) I know a wide variety of trails/walking spots in the local area, so your pup will always be enriched & happy! I make sure to carry some kind of dog deterrent (PetSafe SprayShield or Pet Corrector) in case of emergency, and try to engage in positive reinforcement training throughout walks. This looks like rewarding the dog(s) with treats when they check in with me, stay in a heel, or keep loose tension on the leash. Within your home, I’ll always change/refill the water for the dog(s) after the walk.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
