Hi! My name is Christy. Animals have been my passion my whole life. Here’s a little about me. I took canine classes in high school where I learned obedience, grooming etc. I worked at a doggy daycare for a few years. I’ve babysat plenty of neighbors dogs and still do! I can also do a nail trim and a bath if needed! I have taken of dogs aging from 8 weeks to 15 years old. I also did online school at Animal behavior college to become a veterinary assistant! And I now work at a vet part time! I trained my dog when he was a puppy and have trained puppies basic potty training, sit, down stay, come.

I have a large fenced in yard everything is completely closed in even the smallest of small pups cant get out! I make sure all dogs get along with proper introductions and a meet and greet with myself and my dog to make sure its a right fit. I do not take any aggressive dogs. It is a MUST for them to get along with other dogs and people! I take on multiple dogs at once and even if I don't I still have my dog that lives here! You can bring your own crate if he or she feels more comfortable in their own place. All dogs are welcome on my bed, my dogs bed or wherever they choose. I have plenty of blankets to scatter on the ground if they’d rather sleep there.

Christy is so great. Lots of photos and feedback on the visits. She’s endlessly patient with our strong-willed girl, and is my first call when I need a drop in visit.
Christy answered my last-minute call for help, and was so great with Athena. Great walk, dinner, and hung out to give some love to our girl. Highly recommend and will be in touch again.

We have had such fantastic experience with Christy! She has taken wonderful care of our Vizsla puppy, while we are working out our work schedules for the new season. She has followed all our instructions, kept him active and happy, and even sent regular updates with the BEST photos, which really gave us peace of mind. It’s clear she truly loves animals and treat them like their own. Our pup always comes back relaxed, well-exercised, and clearly well-loved. Highly recommend Christy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter!
I truly have no words to describe my appreciation for Christy! She was able to take in my puppy super last minute, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I received the best pictures throughout the day!! he looked so happy and well cared for. When I picked him up, he was a tired, content, and clearly a loved boy! Christy’s kind and welcoming energy was obvious from the moment we arrived, which made it so easy to leave him in her care. I had zero doubt they had such a great day together. On top of everything, she even trimmed his nails, which was such a thoughtful and awesome bonus! I’m beyond grateful and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with her again.
Christy was great with our pup! Our dog was well cared for and got a ton of exercise. Christy is also great with sending photos and updates. Thank you, Christy!

Schedule
I currently work at a vet part time where my hours are only 8-12 Monday-Friday. I also have a horse I have to take care of throughout the week.
