“As a first time Rover customer, I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. Jaime explained how everything works during the initial meet-and-greet and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in his care for a week long trip. During the week, Jaime provided daily updates and pictures of Harper. Jaime repeatedly tried to get Harper outside to walk, but he can be difficult and unsure when his routine changes and wasn't very cooperative. Harper initially wasn't eating very well, but I was able to work with Jaime on changes to his food to get him eating normally again. The house was in tidy condition upon return and Jaime left a goodie bag for Harper to enjoy! I had considered boarding Harper at a pet resort, but having Harper stay in his own home, where he is comfortable and familiar, with Jamie watching him was a much less stressful option for pet and pet parent. When caring for your pets in your home, I treat your space with the same respect and care I would my own. I ensure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I closely follow all your instructions, whether it’s regarding feeding routines, bathtroom breaks, crate time, or medication. I also make sure to keep everything tidy while you’re away. I provide regular updates through texts and share adorable pet photos, so you never have to wonder how your pets are doing!
