About: Dogs have been part of our life forever, and now we share our adventures with our playful 2.5-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog! We’re pros at beach zoomies, exploring trails at John’s Island County Park, and playing with our friends at the dog park. Your furry friend will be treated like part of the pack—playtime, snuggles, and endless tail wags guaranteed! Your dog(s) can have their own separate comfortable suite in our home or can mingle and play as much as they'd like with our pup, whichever you/they prefer! Conveniently located on your way to Kiawah/Seabrook Island, we are here to make your time away from home comfortable and convenient! We have a unique living situation where we live above the bicycle shop we own so one of us will be “home” most of the days. Our schedules aren’t consistent but if we aren’t “home” running the shop, we won’t be away from home for longer than 3 hours at a time. In our home, pets are treated like family, and every day is a new adventure! The mornings always kick off with fetch in our yard. While we’re in the process of building a fence, our yard is tucked away off the road, next to a quiet driveway leading to a storage facility—plenty of space to play safely! Our dog (and yours, if you’re comfortable) then heads to work at the bicycle shop, where she’s the official greeter and mood booster, soaking up love from coworkers (furry ones and human ones) and guests. Midday breaks are all about chasing tennis balls and soaking in extra snuggles. After work, the real fun begins! We head to John’s Island County Park’s dog park or Beachwalker Park for epic sunset zoomies on the beach. Your pup will enjoy endless playtime, love, and adventure with us—it’s a tail-wagging good time every single day! Your dog(s) can join in on all the fun with the other pups and people or can be kept separate while still being comfortable, getting lots of play, and all the love they need!

“Carolina was great - sent lots of photos and plenty of walks with some squirrel sightings! Our pup looked very happy and was excited to see her for a second visit. Highly recommended!”

“This was the first time I used Kim & Dylan for doggy daycare for Reba & Willow. We did have a meet & greet prior to our first day of doggy daycare & They were amazing with my dogs. Kim & Dylan were very accommodating & attentive to Reba & Willow. Reba can be a bit nervous and Willow can be a bit over excited and they made both dogs feel comfortable. Both dogs were very happy & tired when I picked them up. I highly recommend Kim & Dylan and I would not hesitate to use them for doggy daycare (again) or boarding.”

“I would highly recommend Amanda and her family. Our dog, Porter, enjoyed his time at her home for doggy daycare while we were sightseeing. Having her dog, Gracie, to play with was an added bonus. Porter came home tired and happy. We’d definitely use her again when we return to Charleston.”

“Cynthia was great! Very understanding that Star my dog was quite anxious and was very accommodating to any needs that she might have needed. Star was so tired after her day with Cynthia and Winston will definitely be rebooking!”

“Rachel took great care of Snowy for the day. She was responsive and flexible when we arrived a bit early on both ends. Snowy loved playing with Bear and Panda, an added bonus!”

“2nd stay with Kathryn as we road trip through Charleston. Buster was here a few months ago on another road trip, and as we drove up today, he seemed to remember and went right in without saying goodbye to me! So I know he was happy. :-)”

“Christina took great care of our two boys. We received multiple pictures of their stay. She even used our ThunderShirt during a thunderstorm with Cash. We would love to use her more often if we were local. She will be our go-to sitter when we are in town.”

“Absolutely adore Kaylie and I think even after a few days my dog does also! She def comes home tired from playing and exploring Kaylies place. The goodie bag and note were such a sweet surprise. Will definitely be booking with her again!”

“I swear Robert and Savannah might be the nicest people in all of South Carolina. The yard is great, their dogs are sweet, and I feel so good about having my boy Buck there all day. 5 stars all around!!! Thank you guys!”

About: I've always loved animals ever since I was a child and have had pets ever since. I always felt animals make our lives better and my 3 pets have done nothing but enrich my life. I rescued my cat Drogo when he was a kitten 9 years ago, Link my second cat a year and a half ago, and Kai, my puppy, 6 months ago. All of my animals get along and my puppy is always looking for a play mate! I've done dog and cat sitting for both family and friends for about 10 or so years now when I lived in PA and would love to continue that now that I'm finally settled in Mt. Pleasant! I am in the tech industry which has allowed me to work from home during the week/daytime. I do not work on weekends which will allow me to focus more of my time on your fur babies! I have a decent size 1 bedroom apt but prefer smaller animals as a half a 4 lb puppy and 2 cats. If you would like me to board out of your home I would need to bring my puppy Kai. I take Kai potty every hr and a half 2 hrs and walk him twice a day so your dog would be on my dog's schedule unless told otherwise. My cats are very nice to other animals and so is Kai, again he would love a playmate!

Your pet's happiness is my priority, and with me, they're not just in good hands, but in loving ones. I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. Depending on the size of the animal and the duration, I may be open to overnight stays in my home. Stick to the pet's regular routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bathroom breaks. Provide ample affection and attention to alleviate any separation anxiety. Prepare and serve meals according to the specified diet. Administer any necessary medications with strict adherence to dosage and schedule. Engage in playtime activities to keep the pet physically and mentally stimulated. Ensure regular walks, considering the pet's energy level and exercise requirements. Grooming: Keep an eye on the pet's overall hygiene and report any concerns to the owner. Keep a vigilant eye on the pet's health and behavior. Report any signs of illness, unusual behavior, or changes in appetite to the owner promptly. Maintain open communication with the pet owner through regular updates, including photos and messages, to provide reassurance and keep them informed about their pet's well-being. Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency supplies, veterinary contacts, and the nearest animal hospital. Have a clear understanding of emergency procedures and contacts provided by the pet owner. Leave the home in the same condition (or better) as you found it. Ensure a smooth transition for the pet upon the owner's return. By combining professionalism, a genuine love for animals, and a commitment to following client instructions, I can create a positive and trusting relationship with both my clients and their pets.
“Heather was amazing with our high energy golden retriever puppy! She sent photos and videos during the day. I could tell he was having the best time ever! And the best part is he was completely exhausted from all the play. I had a nice relaxing evening! I would recommend Heather to everyone!”

“Emily and Tarek were absolutely wonderful with Zuess. You can tell right away that she genuinely cares about dogs and pays attention to their personalities, not just the routine parts of care. Zuess came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very loved. She kept me updated, made me feel comfortable while I was away, and treated him like he was her own. 5 stars <3”
