We do require meet n' greets for all new clients to ensure your pet(s) are a good match for us and our home, as well as a fit for our senior golden retriever, Jax. We do not accept aggressive dogs of any kind, dogs who cannot be left alone for 2-3 hours unsupervised, or dogs who knowingly stress easily and destroy household items and belongings. We have years of experience caring for younger puppies all the way up to older, senior dogs who require a lot of care and attention. We just ask you are transparent with us from the beginning regarding temperament and any special requirements. Between my husband and I, one of us is always at home as we are both self-employed and own our own businesses. We have more than enough time throughout the day to care for your pet and provide them with the love and attention they deserve. We have a beautiful fenced in back yard for exercise and play time either solo or with our golden retriever, Jax, and also provide crates if required.

“This was the first time I used Kim & Dylan for doggy daycare for Reba & Willow. We did have a meet & greet prior to our first day of doggy daycare & They were amazing with my dogs. Kim & Dylan were very accommodating & attentive to Reba & Willow. Reba can be a bit nervous and Willow can be a bit over excited and they made both dogs feel comfortable. About: I worked at Oradell Animal Hospital for over 2 years in the Emergency Room, taking care of the most critical patients in the ICU, along with simple tasks like walking them, feeding them, etc. I recently graduated from college and am officially a New Jersey liscensed Veterinary Technician, along with all of the prior hospital experience! I also worked at a grooming shop for 4 years which including washing, drying, grooming, etc. Since a young age my passion has always been to be surrounded by animals. About: Hi, I’m Kim. My whole life (including my business!) is built around my love of animals. I live on a 3-acre farm with four horses, a pot-bellied pig, pet tortoises, pet snakes and two bearded dragons. All of our current animals (except for the reptiles) live outdoors but for most of my life I’ve had dogs and/or cats. We don’t have either of those now, but we miss having them in our life. When your dog or cat stays with us, they will be loved and treated as if they were our own. Because I often have visitors and clients in my home and on my farm related to my equine-experiential learning business, I do require that all dogs/cats who stay with me are either well socialized, obedience trained or crate trained. This is for everyone’s safety and peace of mind! Dogs must be housebroken and cats must be litter box trained. All pets must be under flea and tick prevention and non-aggressive. My life revolves around animal/farm care! At daybreak I head outside to begin my morning horse/pig/farm routine. Visiting dogs that don't need to be leashed and are good around horses are welcome to join me for farm chores. Otherwise, visiting dogs get attended to first and then I begin the farm chores. During the day I either work in my home office or am hosting clients for nature-based retreats. Well behaved dogs can join us outside for these retreats. Otherwise, dogs may need to be crated for up to 3 hours during client sessions. Evening animal care routines begin around 4pm and wrap up by sunset. Most evenings we are home and can provide visiting dogs lots of attention or lounging/play time. Visiting dogs are not allowed in the bedroom and will sleep either in their crate or on a dog bed in the family room. Animals in my care are well supervised at all times. The only time visiting pets will be left alone is when I have to run errands during the day or we go out to eat on weekends. My primary focus is ensuring each pet's safety and physical, mental and emotional wellbeing so I customize care based on each individual's needs.

About: I am a lifetime dog owner and work from home which allows for plenty of love and walks for your pup. Puppies to senior dogs. I have a 3-year old corgi who gets along with all dogs big or small! I have a yard and dog park within walking distance that I take my pup to daily. Our home is extremely dog (and infant) friendly with everyone allowed on the couch and bed. I work from home and take my pets on walks every couple hours. We live in a single family home and our community offers an incredible dog park and plenty of sidewalk to adventure upon. I have a large back and front yard for quick potty breaks. About: I have had my dog for just about 4 years now. I also have experience watching neighbor's and friend's dogs for an extended period of time.
