Knowing he would be an anxious mess staying in an unfamiliar setting, I looked for nearby sitters and was amazed at Tara's quick response on such short notice. Her neighborhood is perfect for dog walking and her home is clean, safe, and comfortable. Her children are so respectful and were wonderful helpers during Crusoe's stay. I received photos of him enjoying time outside and of course cuddling with the little ones! I rebooked again with Tara the next day and won't hesitate to do so next time we're in town!”

I’m a dog owner myself and am very comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I enjoy staying active and love taking dogs on walks, giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and affection along the way. I’m dependable, patient, and always make safety a priority, while treating every pet as if they were my own. I am in nursing school so this allows to choose my schedule. I have very open availability to take care of any pet in need. I own a townhome in Johns Island/West Ashley with a great walking path and lots of yard space to hangout with any pet in need.

About: We live in a house in west Ashley with a FENCED IN back yard! We have a 5y/o golden retriever who gets a long well with other dogs. We prefer to watch pups in our home! Brad works from home and is available during the day to let the dogs out multiple times a day. Meghan works in the medical field and is home in the evenings and weekends to help care for the pups! Morning and evening walks and park trips are a part of our daily routine! An exercised pup is a happy pup! Brad works from home so he is available all day to take the pups out for bathroom breaks multiple times a day. We love watching pups! Minkah our 3 y/o golden loves playing with other dogs and enjoys having another dog in the house to keep him company! We are very protective of our dog and will be with your dog too! We enjoy going out around Charleston and try to bring the pups with us as often as we can!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for the past two years and truly enjoy building trust with each one. I am home seven days a week since I attend school online. Even when I need to run errands, I am usually gone for no more than two hours at a time. This allows me to provide frequent supervision, attention, and care. When I am not home, my wife is also available to help care for the pets, so they are never left alone for long. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for every dog in my care. I have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and get exercise under supervision. About: I worked at camp bow wow for 4plus years. I have always grown up with little fire cracker dogs. I am an attorney now. With my experience working at a doggie daycare I have learned the differences between breeds and adore the differences between dogs. I adore animals and know it’s hard to find reliable people to check in on them. I currently have 3 little ones if my own. I have vast experience with dogs. Including a range from a cane corso. To a tiny min pin. I have no problem handling all breeds. Big or small. I have a big fenced in backyard too.
About: I am a teacher who LOVES animals, especially dogs. They will be treated like my own and will be in a safe and very comfortable environment. I tend to spoil them a bit. My home is very clean, non-smoking, and your dogs will have free reign of the house as long as they are completely house trained/potty trained. If not (puppies), I love to help train them and they could either stay in a comfortable crate while I am away or at work or in an enclosed play pen if they are larger than my crate. I have 2 pugs, Bentley & Bruiser. Bruiser is 9, and Bentley is 2. Both are sweet and love other dogs. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I’m a teacher and about to be off for the summer, so my schedule is pretty flexible for drop ins or walks. I’d be willing to have one more (well-behaved, house broken, and friendly) medium or small sized dog stay in my home for overnight visits. I have a very clean, smoke-free home, where my pets have free reign of the entire house, even while I am out. If your dog is well trained, they would be free to roam, sleep on the couch, etc. My neighborhood is perfect for long walks and I usually take my pups on about a mile long walk every day.

About: We know how hard it is to find good care for your pups when you go out of town. Your pups will feel like they are on vacation too, because we will treat your best friend as part of our family with lots of TLC, walks and fun! We now have plenty of time and love to give your pets. We will provide walks every day, ball time and snuggles, water play if they want to. We have a fenced yard and plenty of love to keep your pup safe, happy and healthy. We can also provide day care for those long work days. Neil and I love to take walks, play in the back yard and snuggle on the couch. We are fortunate for one of us to be home 24/7 for your pups and ours! We have a beautiful half acre fenced yard, and we spend alot of time outdoors, except in this heat! We have a safe and lovely neighborhood for walks. We also take mid-day breaks for some rest. My husband or I am almost always home, so no one is ever alone for long! We also have the room to separate for meal time or breaks. No pets are ever outside alone.
