I was new to the process and didn't have any idea of what was going on and I wasn't very keen on the idea of having to leave him with a stranger. Fortunately, Kristin was very responsive and kind about the whole thing, which was very reassuring. I got picture updates daily and even videos. The neighborhood was very nice, her home was clean and organized, she had a fenced in yard, twin boys which I am sure my dog loved to be around, and the a sweet weiner dog. My dog has specific feeding and meds, which she accommodated. I didn't want him to be alone when I was gone and picking Kristin was perfect.”

“Our two older boys came with us to Charleston for a family vacation. Our accommodations were not pet friendly but I wanted them to be nearby as they can be anxious when alone for extended periods. Anna and her husband were great and kept us updated on our boys all week. I could tell they felt right at home. She made sure they had what they needed and her home was great for my boys and similar to what they were used to at home. She sent me frequent updates and photos throughout the week. About: I’ve had various pets my entire life- dogs, cats, reptiles (a bearded dragon named Elvis), fish, rabbits, a ferret that I inherited when my sibling passed away, and even a bird that I rescued. Pets have been, and will forever be, a part of my life. I’ve now gotten my husband into the pet world, and he can’t imagine life without at least one dog now. Ha! We lost our senior pup of 16.5 years about a year ago, and have since rescued a Foxhound who was sick and malnourished when we fostered her. She and our other foster fail, Finn, have fun together! I also provide houseplant care for people. I’m a member of the Charleston area houseplant community, and have a house jungle of my own. My schedule is unique. I own a small handmade business, so I have a lot of time to be home (or at your home!). My unique situation allows for extra love and feelings of security while let parents are traveling. While we’re in the process of building a fence, our yard is tucked away off the road, next to a quiet driveway leading to a storage facility—plenty of space to play safely! Our dog (and yours, if you’re comfortable) then heads to work at the bicycle shop, where she’s the official greeter and mood booster, soaking up love from coworkers (furry ones and human ones) and guests. Midday breaks are all about chasing tennis balls and soaking in extra snuggles. After work, the real fun begins! We head to John’s Island County Park’s dog park or Beachwalker Park for epic sunset zoomies on the beach. Your pup will enjoy endless playtime, love, and adventure with us—it’s a tail-wagging good time every single day! Your dog(s) can join in on all the fun with the other pups and people or can be kept separate while still being comfortable, getting lots of play, and all the love they need!
About: I've taken care of my mom's little puppy for 4 years now. Taking him out for walks, playing, feeding and bathing him have become part of my day to day responsibilities ever since. About: I spent several years working at a veterinary hospital and for a professional pet sitting company, so I’ve cared for just about every animal you can think of: dogs, cats, turtles, fish, goats, horses, you name it! About: I’ve had pets my whole life. From dogs, cats, birds to Ginny pigs. I’ve always loved being around animals and learning from then as they learn from us. I will do everything in my power to take good care of them. I have a dog myself so all of the basic needs you would like for your pets will be pretty much the same. Your dog (s) will be safe and loved I have a pretty big backyard that is good for all pet sizes. To play and use the potty. They will enjoy their time with me at cause. I have toys for all and treats and beds when it needs to come to that.

About: I have been a vet tech for 14 years now and I absolutely love the work I do. Unfortunately, being a single mother doesn't allow me to fully commit to veterinary clinic hours. I am starting up my own mobile pet service business called Pampered Pet. I provide excellent pet care along with other services such as nail trims, sanitary and paw shave, baths and more. I will give your fur-baby lots of love and attention so you can rest your mind knowing your pet is in great hands. If there happens to be an emergency situation while I am there, I know what steps to take and have veterinarian contacts on hand. I am committed to all my clients and their fur-babies. About: From an early age I have been taking care of my own dogs and our neighbors dogs by exercising, bathing, feeding and more. By age 9 I was also giving diabetic care to my sweet childhood dog who had type one diabetes. I now also have many years of experience dog training. Overall, I simply love animals and would love to love on yours!! I am currently in the accelerated nursing program at MUSC. However, I am available more than you might think! If ever you need to board, I live on Johns Island with plenty of yard and nearby walking trails.

I was new to the process and didn't have any idea of what was going on and I wasn't very keen on the idea of having to leave him with a stranger. Fortunately, Kristin was very responsive and kind about the whole thing, which was very reassuring. I got picture updates daily and even videos. The neighborhood was very nice, her home was clean and organized, she had a fenced in yard, twin boys which I am sure my dog loved to be around, and the a sweet weiner dog. My dog has specific feeding and meds, which she accommodated. I didn't want him to be alone when I was gone and picking Kristin was perfect.”

Anna and her husband were great and kept us updated on our boys all week. I could tell they felt right at home. She made sure they had what they needed and her home was great for my boys and similar to what they were used to at home. She sent me frequent updates and photos throughout the week. About: I grew up with 2 dogs in the house and got my fur baby 11 years ago. I’ve been taking care of my own and helping other for over 10 years. Love being outside and letting our four legged family members get their much needed play time! Stay at home mom with a flexible schedule to help with walks/potty breaks during the day. Available most weekends to help sit and possible weekdays depending on how long of a stay is needed. I have an 11 year old Shepard mix who loves the company of another fur friend. I also have a medium size dog crate if needed.
