“This was my first time hiring Evy, and it won’t be my last! She was super great and caring to my dogs for the overnight house sitting. She provided updates to me very frequently, as well as sent lots of pics which made me feel close by even when I was far away. Thank you, Evy!”

“Hannah is amazing! She’s great with my baby Layla and that’s the most important thing for me! She’s dedicated, punctual, and really went above and beyond to make sure Layla was taken care of! She definitely has my repeat business!”

“Abraham was an outstanding sitter, probably one of the best that I've had watching Duke and Dutch. Dutch needed medications twice daily and he was great about that. He kept me updated each time they were fed and walked. Abraham stayed overnight and my dogs loved him! He didn't have to do this but if he had to leave early in the morning, he would go out of his way to come back in the afternoon to check on them. I 100% would want to have him back to dog-sit!!!”

“Sarah was very accommodating and took great care of the dogs while we were away. She communicated throughout her visit and sent us some pics! Very grateful for a good experience with Sarah!”

“Stacie was super easy to work with and very responsive. She sent us updates and photos of our pup while we were away and left the house just as we left it. We felt like she treated our home and pup as she would her own. We will be reaching out again for our next trip! Thanks Stacie!”

About: Hi there, I'm Caden. I am a mental health therapist in the area and I am passionate about helping both humans and animals. As a child I grew up on a ranch in the hill country and took care of dogs, cats, hedgehogs, and horses since I could walk. In 2021 my parents tragically lost their 2 dogs in the Ponderosa pet resort fire that claimed 75 animals. We were devastated and struggled to trust anyone but family to watch our pets. I know just how important a responsible and principled pet sitter is, and I am honored by those who allow me to watch their animal. As a therapist, I work a very odd schedule, but I can make it to your home atleast twice a day if needed, as well as spend the night. I can be flexible to accommodate your pets needs Unfortunately, I can not have your pets in my home because I wouldn't want to stress out my own animal. I am young and have lots of energy to play with your animals. I am responsible, a good communicator, and I keep my word. I am willing to adapt my care to your animals needs.

About: Hi, I'm Ella. I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, and my family has fostered countless dogs and cats, many of whom became permanent members of our home. I also have nearly a year of experience working at a veterinary hospital, where I gained hands on knowledge about animal behavior, health, and handling emergencies. I’m passionate about providing animals with the care, attention, and love they deserve. Even though I work full time during the day, pet sitting is something I truly love. I make time for it in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends because it’s such a rewarding part of my life. I try to keep a consistent routine that helps pets feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. Whether it’s a quick check in or some quality playtime, I’m always focused on making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved. I always try to create a calm, safe space where your pet can feel totally comfortable. I take the time to build trust with patience and consistency, and I stick closely to their routine and needs. Whether we’re hanging out at home or out for a walk, I’m always looking out for their safety, happiness, and overall well being.

“The absolute best hands down! Letty loved her new found friend Kaylee! She is such a sweetheart and has a heart of gold with animals! Thank you honey! Highly recommend Kaylee and will be using her moving forward!”

About: I have taken care of a variety of pets for as long as I can remember, but mostly dogs. I've handled rescues, high energy high drive dogs, low drive dogs, disabled dogs, and dogs somewhere in between it all. I've helped train dogs and I foster for k-9 angels when need be. I do not have a job other than pet sitting and running deliveries, so I can give my undivided attention to your pet! I am very flexible, but I have frequent doctor's appointments which means I may have to leave for up to two hours occaisionally. I can take your pet out as far as you need and I can hang at home with them as much as they need. When it comes to staying over I will leave the house exactly as clean as I arrived.

About: I love animals and would love the opportunity to sit for your fur baby! I feel like each one needs individualized care and focus and would love to provide that! I don’t have a typical 9-5 M-F job so that gives me flexibility to spend time with your fur babies outside the “norm”. I have a flexible schedule around my regular full-time job! I take care of walking, feeding, watering, etc. whatever is needed for the animals to be as comfortable as they can be! They deserve the best care!

About: Enthusiastic and friendly pet lover with experience in Veterinary Care. I’m confident handling pets of all sizes and temperaments, and I’m comfortable with basic medical needs like giving medications, managing special diets, or helping nervous pets feel safe and calm. Whether your furry friend needs a quick walk, a weekend buddy, or just some extra TLC while you’re away, I’m here to help! Available most evenings and weekends! If needing care outside of those hours, just reach out and I will accommodate to the best of my abilities. I am more than happy to come to your home to care for your pet's needs! If that is a walk, playtime or just a check in while pet parents are out of town.

About: Howdy! I am a young RN living in the League City area. What sets me apart from other sitters is my medical training and comfort with administering oral and injectable medications as well as senior car. My husband and I are comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and ages. Pet care is part of my every day routine. It is the first thing when I wake to a sweet meow asking for food to the last thing before I go to bed kissing my kitties goodnight. While my husband and I both work traditional M-F jobs. We have early mornings, extended lunch breaks, and all evenings and weekends free. The biggest thing in caring for pets is to ensure that the pet feels safe and comfortable. While that is not always achievable with “strangers”, it is my goal to feel as calm and safe as possible.

Seabrook pet parents share their Rover experiences
My husband and I were traveling to Texas for a wedding and I needed a pet sitter for our 2-1/2 year old dog and 5 month old puppy. I found Wendy on Rover and was impressed by her reviews. They were right on! Wendy arrived on time and sent photos and text updates every hour. Our pups were well taken care of and sleeping soundly next to Wendy on the couch when we returned from the wedding. I would highly recommend Wendy and would not hesitate to book her again if we are in the area. Thanks, Wendy for taking such great care of our pups!!
