About: I was born having dogs be a huge part of my life.i have been caring, training and loving dogs since I was a young girl. I am at a great space in my life where I have a lot more time to do things that bring me joy. Caring for animals is one of them The dogs well being and safety and comfort always comes first. About: Hi neighbor. Ever wish you knew someone in town who could care for your pet as lovingly as you do? Well, now you do! I am extremely tuned in to your pet's comfort. Bed isn't soft enough? Scooting an itchy booty? Harness looking too snug? I'm there to fluff, wipe, and readjust, just like you would. I work well with dogs of all sizes. I use my patented perch (front paws), scoop, and lift method for my small fries (I know it sounds obvious, but I've had dog walkers pick my shih tzu up like a detonated bomb.) I'm also built like a linebacker, so I've never met a dog I couldn't handle. I can provide positive reinforcement training for walkers who are reactive or distracted on walks. I've also trained the most snappy and squirmy dogs to sit still for eye drops and oral medications. I would be happy to provide special care for your senior dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and extra clean up. I've also gained experience over the past two years with my own blind and deaf senior dog. I am available Mondays and Wednesdays all day, Friday evenings, and weekends. I am available on Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend for anyone in need of last-minute pet care. I live in a dog house. Dogs are allowed everywhere, on all furniture and beds, etc... I have a very calm Shih Tzu at home. I am able to separate her if your dog isn't a fan of other dogs. My home does have stairs up to the main level. My own dog needs to be carried every day so I'm comfortable carrying little ones up and down. For senior dogs that are too large to carry, I am willing to use any ramps that you use at home. I am a 5-minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the dog beach in either Asbury or Spring Lake, and about 10 minutes from the Wall Off-Leash Dog Park. I love taking my guests on little excursions.

When we returned to pick her up we knew that she had a great time and that she loved her stay. Carly and family walked Logan several times a day and even had her join the family in watching the basketball finals. They are truly a wonderful family worthy of your pets care.”

My 15 year old Yorkipoo, Tess stayed with Susan for 6 days. Susan was caring and kind to Tess...even letting her sleep in her bed! Tess had as many walks and breaks as she wanted and was really happy when I picked her up. The pictures of Tess that Susan texted to me really put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my vacation knowing Tess was being spoiled. I would definitely use Susan again. Highly recommend!
