Recent grad who loves dogs & walks
I grew up with a Wheaten Terrier; so I’ve been around dogs my whole life and am comfortable with different personalities and energy levels. I also helped care for my roommate’s two kittens this past school year. I enjoy being around animals, and I especially love long walks and spending time outside. Growing up in NYC definitely made me someone who can walk for hours, so I’m happy to keep energetic dogs active and engaged.

Moose had the best time at Anastasia's. They went on morning walks to the beach and played with his tennis ball - 2 of his favorite things to do! Moose was so happy in all the pics and enjoyed his time overnight!
Anastasia is a real dog lover. She is warm and caring and very patient! Dogs definitely pick up on other peoples energy and her relaxed demeanor puts them at ease. I would absolutely trust her with any pet and recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate and attentive.

I recently graduated from college and have a flexible schedule before starting my summer job at a local swim school, so I currently have plenty of availability for dog walking throughout the week. I enjoy being outside and staying active, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine right now.

I always prioritize safety, patience, and making pets feel comfortable. During walks, I pay close attention to a dog’s behavior, surroundings, and place to make sure they feel secure and cared for. I understand how important trust is when someone is leaving their pet in another person’s care, and I’ll always communicate clearly and reliably with owners.
A typical day
For dog walking, I focus on safe, enjoyable walks where dogs can get expertise, fresh air and time to explore their surroundings at a comfortable pace. For drop-in visits, I spend time making sure pets are fed if needed, have fresh water, and get attention and playtime with toys so they feel comfortable and cared for while their owner is away.

- It's helpful for me to know about a dog's leash behavior, energy level, and how they respond to new people or other dogs before a walk. I am most comfortable with dogs that are generally well-behaved on a leash and do not excessively pull or jump. Any details about routines, triggers, or preferences also help me make sure the walk is safe and enjoyable for your pet.
