Recently retired school teacher and dog owner for over 30 years. I bring experience in caring for many different breeds. Dogs in my care are family, not pets. All dogs that stay with us are treated and loved as a member of the family. I have experience in dogs with disorders, special diets and weather related stress.

Melissa went above and beyond as a dog sitter. She took great care of Lucky during my wedding weekend, sending me pics and updates throughout the day. She also brought him to our venue so he could partake in our special day. Thank you Melissa!
Melissa was fantastic taking care of our dog Lucy! Her backyard is perfect for a quick trip outside and she took Lucy on several walks each day. She sent updates and pictures and took extra care that our fussy eater finished all her meals and got a good night sleep. I felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Melissa and her family!
Melissa took good care of our little one. She gave lots of updates and photos. A lot of attention, activity and cuddles. Would highly recommend.

Programa
With the exceptions of appointments or weekly tasks, I’m home all day to care for your dog. We’ll hang in the fenced yard, take walks or chill inside if the weather is bad

When your pet comes to me, they will have the same access and activities, if desired, as my dog. We have a fenced in yard for unlimited supervised playtime. Your dog will also take walks and relax on the couch.

If your dog is active, we will take long walks around the lake in Spring Lake, ride up to the beach to play in the sand or hangout in the park. If your dog prefers to lay around the house, we'll cuddle up on the couch for movie night.

- I have 2 spayed dogs who are very friendly and used to having other dogs in the house. I only take 1 dog in at a time so if your dog enjoys the company of other dogs, they will love hanging out with my dogs!
