“Let me start by saying that I was incredibly anxious about leaving my dog with a new sitter, I have only left my pup one other time and it has been with family and as this was not possible I reached out to Cristy! About: I grew up with dogs, lived with cats, and overall have a strong love for animals. While I can’t have any own dog/pet right now due to finances and time constraints, I’d love to spend some time with your furry friend and get my steps in! I am reliable, loving, and eager to meet new people and pets. I work from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to drive home during lunch if needed to let the dog out. I live in a one bedroom apartment with no yard, but I go on daily walks in Belmar. When caring for a dog in my apartment or your home, I would enforce the same rules the dog follows at home in terms of their routine and what is comfortable with you.
About: I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have grown accustomed to a range of feeding, walking, grooming and play schedules and also have experience administering medication. I can handle dogs around other pets, acting to keep everyone involved comfortable and safe. I have lots of free time after classes and only a part time work schedule in the summer. I am able to make time morning, afternoon and night! Until August 15th, I will be living with two roommates. One of which have a cat and a dog who are very friendly. Over the last 2 years, I've had the experience of caring for my senior (17-year-old) dog who became both blind and deaf. I am especially happy to provide care for your senior or special needs dog. I'm comfortable diapering, giving drops and meds, changing wee wee pads, and doing extra clean up. Caring for pets is my main job so I have availability 7 days a week. I am happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever I am available. For boarding or doggie day care, your dog will be in my large, puppy-proofed living room. I have half a dozen cozy dog beds, dog toys, and treat puzzles. Dogs are also allowed on all furniture. Our Paw-ncierge Kessie is a very calm, 9-year-old Shih Tzu. She is dedicated to welcoming all furry friends 24/7, 365 days a year. My house is located 5-minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the dog beach in either Asbury or Spring Lake, and about 10 minutes from the Off-Leash Dog Parks in Neptune and Wall. My backseat is set up with cozy dog beds and a pet hammock for safety.
