Right from the beginning, Cynthia communicated with us well and was very friendly and understanding. We felt comfortable leaving Gary with Cynthia. She sent regular updates with photos and wrote a lovely Rover card at the end, filled with pictures and lots of details. It was so thoughtful and sweet. My dog, Milo, is a pup who is the chillest pup I’ve ever met but also loves to play with other dogs and say hi to strangers.
