“I'm thrilled I found this family to take care of my chocolate lab. Came to Madison for a wedding looking to find someone to wear out my dog. I sure did find great family. They have nice size property for her to run around, toys , and a bonus kiddie water pool. I picked her up and she fell asleep right away before we made it too the hotel. Thank you. I will use them again whenever I'm back in Madison.”

About: I grew up training and showing dogs and will always have a soft spot in my heart for them, especially seniors! I pet-sit for friends and family regularly, and recently decided to open my home to some new furry friends that will keep me company while I work from home. I work from home regularly and love to have a companion during the day, especially for lunch time walks. Overnight boarding works great too with my flexible schedule! I will do my best to follow your dog's regular schedule so that they are comfortable! I can easily let dogs out during the day. I have experience giving dogs medicine (usually a marshmallow or some cheese will do the trick!) As I'm home all day, I could accommodate a dog with separation anxiety.

About: With 25 years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking, I’ve built strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners. I understand the unique needs of each pet, and I’m dedicated to providing loving care, whether it’s a walk in the park or quiet time at home. Your pet’s well-being and happiness are my top priority. A typical day in my care includes plenty of love, fun, and attention. We’ll go for a walk around the neighborhood, or explore the fenced-in yard for playtime. Whether it’s feeding, medication, or cuddles, I make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and at home all day long. I prioritize your pet's safety and well-being above all else. I excel at creating a calm, secure, and trusting environment where pets feel at ease. Whether it’s ensuring they’re comfortable in their own space, taking extra care during walks, or following specific routines, I treat every pet like family. You can trust that your pet will be in safe hands, enjoying personalized care while you’re away.

“This is the 2nd time Haley has watched Pancho and I always feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands. She’s kind, reliable, and sends updates which I really appreciate. I can tell he has a great time every visit! I highly recommend. Thank you Haley, we appreciate you.”

“Tracy was so patient with our elderly dog's needs and actions. Happy definitely had a good time and was exhausted each night! Great availability.”

About: Recently, I moved back to Wisconsin after living in Munich, Germany with my husband and black lab (Reggie)! Our bottom level duplex is on the lake loop of Lake Monona, which is a great area to walk dogs! Reggie has loved the new area and the parks nearby as well. I grew up with multiple dogs at home, so I have many years of experience taking care of a variety of different dogs. I would love to take care of your pet! When pet sitting or walking -- I always make sure to take pets on long walks. I live near a few different park areas, so your pup will be well exercised! Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions! :) I am currently taking time off of work, so will have plenty of time to take care of your pet during the week and on weekends! I have a small yard where pups can use the bathroom, but will make sure to take them on walks for exercise. I have one dog at home to keep your pup company as well!

“We are not from Madison, but just in town for one evening. Meghan’s communication was excellent from the beginning to the end. We talked about our situation and what we needed for care later in the evening. Meghan provided fantastic care for Moose - playing lots of fetch and helping him with his nervous separation. She took and shared lots of photos and brought him on 3 walks. Her profile was thoughtful and drew us in - we knew she would be the perfect fit. We are thankful for her hospitality and letting us park our car in front of her house while we were in town for a football game. If we are in the Madison area again, we will hire Meghan to hang out with Moose. Thank you! ??”

“Ella and her roommates were great with Nova. You can tell they really love dogs and sent a couple pics of my baby to let me know she was doing well. She responded fast and communicated throughout the day. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Our 3 dogs love going to Kara’s. They run in the door and barely look back at us. We know they’re having a great time by the photos Kara sends us during their stay. She takes wonderful care of them.”

Libby M.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Libby! She took care of our dog for 10 days while we were out of the country, and we felt totally at ease the entire time. Libby was incredibly responsive, provided regular updates, and sent plenty of photos that kept us connected and reassured. It was clear our pup was in great hands and getting lots of love and attention. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we’re so grateful to have found someone so dependable and thoughtful. Highly recommend Libby to anyone looking for a caring and communicative sitter!”

Katie G.
“I always say never trust a person that your dog doesn't like. My dog Alfonso doesn't just like Katie but one could say he is in love. Anytime Katie has watched my four legged pooch Alfonso, Alfonso has come back happy but almost disappointed that I wasn't gone longer so he could stay and play. Although a bruise to my ego, it is a relief to know that he is being more than taken care of. From a humans perspective, Katie's nature is kind and loving, she has always been responsive to our needs and requests and I always know that my dog is in good hands when left with her.”

Adrienne L.
“Adrienne is and has always has been the biggest dog lover I know. She brings this enthusiasm to her own dog, but also every other dog she meets! She is loving, kind, and gentle with all dogs and has a lot of patience when dogs are learning new things. Adrienne has been around dogs her whole life and is a great dog owner. You would be lucky to have her interact with and be a part of your dog's life! I couldn't recommend her more highly.”
